mmm simple munchies at their best man. i'm not the biggest sardine fan tbh bit like mackerel, too oily for my liking though incredibly good for you.
Look great to me !!!View attachment 3024437Slightly over baked mackerel but I didn't hold that against them
It definitely would make life easier but I just leave them on for the dog, she loves fish and is almost 9 so good for her joints and ticker. I usually throw a couple on for her as well but her favourite is Salmon, her little butty tail wags llike mad when she see's some in her dish, they know what's good for them anyway.I always de-bone mackerel before cooking. Small pair of needle nose pliers work best IMO...
I'm not fussy if the mackerel is over cooked a bit, it doesn't dry out like white fish would. I try and eat at least 4 of them a week if I can get them. Meant to compliment on you on the smoked snapper, I can't get it here but I would love to try it somedayLook great to me !!!

Steak sammies.... Sauteed peppers and onions, with garlic. Lots of marble cheese, and and some chipotle lime BBQ sauce. The bread is a bagette done up as garlic bread, and done in the oven. The steak was a NY strip....
I usually mix her fish through some veggies if they are cooked, she wants the salmon and has no choice but to eat her greens etc as well.I feed my dogs Sweet potato and Salmon food... they love it.
Oh, sorry the sauce is Chipotle, lime, habenero. That is what I call gourmet cooking
That looks so so good, the only addition I would make based on personal taste would be added jalapenos.

I lived in London for years and the real jerk sauce is delicious, everyone had their own individual recipes which was great. Here in oz we don't get caribbean flavors..last night tried a sauce advertised as jerk flavors..marinated maryland chicken pieces in jerk sauce..yeah baby! Sensational..can't wait to try the real thing...
