Magnesium is also very important to humans and their pets
I make 2 sols (concentrate liquid; Himalayan Salt and Magnesium Chloride flakes )
I add ~ 9 drops of HS + 4 drops of MC to 1.5 liters of RO water.
I put it in the refrigerator and drink it throughout the day.
Pist... I also use this combination to spray my plants throughout veg
