Couldn't you contact a normal dealer that has no webshop were you can order? Maybe they will supply the 3070's per 50 pieces.

A company who sells leds not through a webshop to everybody. I just contacted one in my country and asked them for a quotation and minimal orderquantity. I am aslo interested in the 3070's. I will let you know what they offer me.
Oh right...I dont think they have them in my part of the world...

Is it possible to run 2 or more cob leds off of one driver. Or more directly, can I use a 400w driver for 4-100w cob leds? What is the worst that could happen?

Yeah you can string them together. You want to add up the the forward voltage of the chips. so 42 volts x 4 = 168 . You want a driver that can handle 168 vf at the current you plan to drive them at most seem to be running these @ 1400mA .

Just to be clear it is only the 3070 2700k and 3500k that cant be found in stock. So the parts houses have a minimum order of a 100 from cree. Unless they split a order of a 100 with you i doubt your going to find 50 of these. You should beable to find the CXA3070 in 3000k 4000k and 5000K in stock from a few places.

Sorry Forgot to add the watts part. Watts will be determined by how hard you drive these. If you use 1400mA thats 50watts a chip so you would need at least 200 watts. If you drove them at the 1925mA you would need at least 280 watts. You can go over with watts So a 300 watts would work with both of those drive currents. A 250watt would work for 1400mA but not the 1925mA.

Next batch just finished up and I am pleasantly surprised at how fast they finished - this pic is at 54 days. There are a bunch of new varieties I am testing and 3 of them hermed, but I plucked them right away and made it work without getting beans.

Delicious Seeds - Cotton Candy - hermed in the uppermost buds but still nice nugs and great smell - some white tips
HSO - Amherst Sour Diesel - hermed in the lowest buds early on, but great smell and nugs
HSO - Desert Diesel - hermed in the lowest buds early on, but not as much as Amherst. Great smell and nugs
HSO - Lost Coast OG - awesome nugs, but does not have much of an OG smell, more of a sweet smell.
HSO Green Crack - awesome nugs, dense trichomes - the smell does not wow me, floral perfume
HSO Bubba - some dreading, structure too dense for me, smell does not wow me. big yield potential if you veg it up and spread the branches
HSO Trainwreck - sticky, extremely frosty stink nugs, structure is a bit too dense for my system, it shades itself too much
G13 Labs - Pineapple Express - awesome nugs - awesome strong sweet/sour funk, great structure. if the yield is decent it may be a keeper.

Already selected:
Reserva Privada Kandy Kush - Came out awesome as always - super dank sticky OG skunk, and this time with a bunch of frosty white tips.
Cali Connection Purple Chem (a different sister than the one with the white tips) - Came out awesome, bug purple dense Chemdawg stink nugs - I love this cut!

Will get pics with the better camera once they are in the dark tent. In this frame you can see Kandy Kush left, center, Purple Chem bottom left corner, Amherst Sour D in the back, Desert Diesel almost out of the frame on the right.

Next batch is a bunch of new varieties also. They are at 4 weeks, some hermied. The DNA Secret Sour hermied enough early on that I don't plan on keep a cutting but I plucked the balls off the big one and it does look nice in every other way. Mr Nice Shit - I got 2 females from 6 beans. One of them hermied all over. Neither of the Shit females seem very impressive as far as development or smell. The Reserva Privada Silver Kush hermied and I doubt that will be worth the trouble but it does have some funk.

The rest:
DNA Kosher Tangie - too early to judge but not stinky yet
Rare Dankness Venom OG - awesome OG funk but seems like maybe a low yield/slow developer
HSO EMDOG - got 3 of these ladies, too early to judge but they dont seem to have an OG smell. One of them has the green pepper smell some OGs get.

I grew Rare Dankness Scott's OG from seed, only got one female. She was tall and sparse with weak stems, looked like a waste of time. She ended up being a late developer with the diesel funk (required zip ties) like you said, so I'd stick with that Venom OG.

I also had some Grapehead plants at the time, which is Grape Krush x Headband. It occurred to me that if I crossed it with the Scott's I could call it Grape Scott ! OG, so I did the cross. Pollinated 5 different phenos of Grapehead and the Scott's female with a strong smelling Scott's male. The Grapehead should really bump up the vigor and stem size on the Scott's, and the Scott's should bump up the potency and OG'ness of the Grapehead.

I'm gonna call the highest yielding pheno Scott's Turf Builder. Got some testers going out to one RIU member soon.

I would love it if the Venom packs on some weight at the end. I am giving it tons of light. My Kandy Kush acts the same way, looks like a dud but with an extra week and proves otherwise on the scale.

The Scotts sounds like an awesome cross!

Ya I always get a lot of herms when I test beans. The tents are connected by large passive airways and the flower tents are on a 12/12 flip flop, so there is a very slight glow bouncing off the floor. You can't see it of you peek in the tent but if you stay in there awhile or use an eye patch you can see it. I don't mind though it helps me stress test the beans. The keepers I end up with are always hermy resistant.

I forgot to mention, that Scott's OG didn't like nutes much either. I've been cutting the B part of the A/B formula and that seems to help, but now that I've looked at the numbers on the bottles, it doesn't make much sense. I'm gonna try a 3-part formula for the sensitive OGs, to have more flexibility in dialing them in.
