Stop saying CO, you aren't in the military. His "CO" has a full retirement on the line and, since he hasn't been banished from the military like so many high level "CO's" have in the last 5 1/2 years, he's just a Jay Carney in uniform scratching his way towards retirement. The MEN who served alongside Pvt Bergdahl are the people who have nothing to lose and nothing to gain. They speak the truth. But since you don't, and never will, understand what "Brothers in Arms" means, you have no clue. Loser. Liar.

Depends. Is it political? Yes very much so. Guess his CO has to say what he is told to say. It doesn't work any other way in the military, just in case you thought it did.

What would make an officer look really rally bad? Having his men desert him to go over to the enemy's side.

Let go of the CO thread you are hanging onto. What his CO said/wrote is a useless piece of information. Listen to the men who served with him. You really are fucking stupid aren't you? i couldn't tell you the names of the guns i have fired, because they hold almost zero interest for me. but i have been out to the desert with my dad and his friend and we have shot lots of guns, some which nearly took my shoulder off. it's been about 15 years since those trips though.

i learned gun safety at a very early age in boy scouts when we would fire little pea shooters. i was not the best shot in the group, but never the worst.

i prefer archery more.
