All can not enter all now. Discrimination is still "allowed" by nanny, just not the protected ones. And yes, I understand the reason we needed those at one time. I just don't think they are needed today.

I can refuse to serve anyone under 6 ft tall, by law. I can refuse people with halitosis until that affliction is deemed a disability, I can refuse for millions of other reasons too.

I prefer uniform laws.

As a minority myself I agree that affirmative action is BS. If somebody isn't going to hire me based on my resume the last thing I want is for them to be forced to give me the job so they can meet some retarded skin color quota.
