how much coconut oil do you normally use for your chocolates?I don't really use butter in my chocolates, I use my coconut hash oil. But that doesn't mean you can'tSimply melt down a bag of chocolate chips in a double boiler (very careful not to get even a drop of water in it or the chocolate will seize up on you) and add your butter. The more you add the softer it will turn out though, just keep in fridge to keep solid.
It depends really on who/where they are going. Most batches get 4 to 5 tsp, which gives me roughly 72 mg per candy in a 24 piece batch. Of course, the strength will vary depending on the strength of your starting material.how much coconut oil do you normally use for your chocolates?
