I have helped build two, the results ended up being single family homes that were LEEDS rated, very energy efficient.free insulation!
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leadership_in_Energy_and_Environmental_Designwhat is leeds rated is that the city of leeds uk?
Would you also exclude unions from giving political contributions?Unfortunately, that wouldn't end crony capitalism, it would only shift the structure of power to another individual/institution and the problem would remain the same
What are your thoughts on enacting a 28th amendment to the constitution based on these guidelines?;
"Corporations are not people. They have none of the Constitutional rights of human beings. Corporations are not allowed to give money to any politician, directly or indirectly. No politician can raise over $100 from any person or entity. All elections must be publicly financed."
That would be optimal.Would you also exclude unions from giving political contributions?
Why? So the unions could get their monopoly back on funny money??Unfortunately, that wouldn't end crony capitalism, it would only shift the structure of power to another individual/institution and the problem would remain the same

this must be a rating for green homes never seen 1 on a typical framed home altho i dont build homes professionaly was doing some quick reading and an average cost of diy construction is about 35$sqft . how thick did yall apply the mud if you remember .http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leadership_in_Energy_and_Environmental_Design
Essentially a Leeds rating is a certification that the home meets a multitude of standards and practices in the building of the structure, location, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction.
It's a shiny gold seal on a deed that says the structure may have a bit more worth then one built to code.
Bribery is the result of a broken system? Please indulge, it sounds like you hate capitalism. Why? So the unions could get their monopoly back on funny money??
You point to corporate greed yet choose to ignore the flat out money laundering that is done by the public sector unions in this country. They confiscate their employees dues and spend them on political candidates that extend their control. Rinse and repeat for 40 years and you have the Democratic party.
At least the money donated by corporations was not confiscated involuntarily and is actually profit.
And no, I wouldnt do that becuase IT ISNT THE PROBLEM, IT IS A SYMPTOM!!!
Agree, I'd like to see both unions and corporations kept out of politics. That would be optimal.
Because you keep repeating bullshit numbers with no concept of them.i like how you never addressed your negative $50,000 in operating expenses over 4 years.
When corporations try to stay out of politics they get hauled before congress for possible violations and audited until they get the hint.Agree, I'd like to see both unions and corporations kept out of politics.
Of course, it's exactly the sameWould you also exclude unions from giving political contributions?
1.5 inches was about the standard, it was thicker in some areas due to the bails non uniformity.this must be a rating for green homes never seen 1 on a typical framed home altho i dont build homes professionaly was doing some quick reading and an average cost of diy construction is about 35$sqft . how thick did yall apply the mud if you remember .
Public sector unions demand higher wages. Those wages are paid in the form of taxes. The employees of the public sector unions have dues confiscated from their paychecks without their choice in the matter. These dollars are then used to get politicians elected that raise the wages so the unions get higher dues and the politicians get higher donations.Bribery is the result of a broken system? Please indulge, it sounds like you hate capitalism.
No doubt, that is why our elected officials should be the ones held accountable. When corporations try to stay out of politics they get hauled before congress for possible violations and audited until they get the hint.
It is the problem; crony capitalismIT ISNT THE PROBLEM, IT IS A SYMPTOM!!!
I thought the unions were run by the workers within them?Public sector unions demand higher wages. Those wages are paid in the form of taxes. The employees of the public sector unions have dues confiscated from their paychecks without their choice in the matter. These dollars are then used to get politicians elected that raise the wages so the unions get higher dues and the politicians get higher donations.
And the taxpayers foot the bill.
That isnt capitalism. The unions are a monopoly run by the government which serves itself not the people.
i may build a dog house mahol to get my feet wet hmmmm.1.5 inches was about the standard, it was thicker in some areas due to the bails non uniformity.
The stucco goes on after a nice steel mesh is applied, some spots get a lot more material then the rest due to the bails nature.
