If i ever become far ahead financially, i will build greenhouses with 1000s of massive yielding indicas grown organic for minimal maintenance and distribute for less then 1$ a gram. Id be multi millionaire after 1 harvest...keep in mind HC was buying a KG (2.2lbs) for 350$ from PPS. Thats less then 50cents a gram.

Wether you like it or not the MMPR is here to stay, not much you can do about that. I believe/hope that the courts allow former MMAR participants to be grandfathered and allowed to keep growing for THEMSELVES. The two can run simultaneously, but the MMAR growers need to be regulated and inspected, I know for fact and have seen it in person, the abuse of the MMAR. Not saying all MMAR abused the system, but in BC the majority of large scale grows were shady, and purely for profit hiding behind their pink slips. "Seriously officer, these 500 lights are for my personal grow" ya right! Oh, and the poisons they use to control pests, some scary shit.

Nope no one will be "grandfathered in" its all or nothing. Mmpr is here wether we like it or not? Nope. It's here and not being used by an over whelming majority of mmj users. Get your facts straight. The hearing in feb is to decide the constitutionality of the mmpr. If it's found unconstitutional then it will be gone or reworked. It won't stand as it does now. That much we all know.

My guess is it will be ordered to be reworked...I think the courts will give them a year to come up with a workable model. In a year a new model will role out. Some people will like it, others wont. The new model will get challenged and be in court...it won't end...

I will look for it...the majority of money was in "reports", $5mil...the cost of the wet bulk whole plant was set at $350/kg . You have to look at the total cost not some arbitrary $/kg #.
