Fair enough, although I still don't think the patients forum was or is the place to post an thread for LP's, especially at a time when emotions were/are running high(pun intended). It came across as an in-your-face self-promoting mmar hating thread. I have stated in more than a few post on this thread that the best course of action would be to get their own forum. My feeling is they actually enjoy stirring the pot on here. Many who claim to be wannabe's are little more than dreamers without the knowledge or finances to ever get any where near HC. I therefore propose a win-win scenario... We can agree to not bash the LP's on this thread, and we can start another thread for the LP haters to let fly. Lp's and wannbe's that may be offended at the opinions of those that disagree with them need not enter.

Just to set the record straight, I have self funded all of the expenses so far to become an LP. I have no investors, landlord, etc. I own it all. I can do what I want. I can sell to patients at any rate I choose. I can sell for $ 1 per gram if I see patients in need. Like I have said over and over, I am a small, organic, family farm. Not a corporation. Still, haters gonna hate.............

1. Sometimes you can change the system more easily from the inside - for example lawyers representing vulnerable people who can't pay for representation.
2. assuming that I have investors or a bank involved in my business would make me big business not a small scale like I've already stated I am.

Actually the family farm model would be my preference should I need an LP. Not a whole lot different from an mmar DG. Unfortunately, the mmpr is all about money, big money, and I don't see your operation surviving. Much like Shell or Exxon would eat up any little new comer, the same will happen to growers. I've said many times that a much more productive approach would have been to band together with the patients to force HC to make the changes we are now going to court to accomplish. The overwhelming attitude of LP wannabe's on this site was that they would bend over whenever HC barked in order to claim a spot on the gravy train. This is my last post on this thread. Although I will not be swayed on my views, I respect your right to have yours. Good luck with your adventure.:bigjoint:

You know not just the poor need acess to affordable meds. We're talkng tens of thousands of dollars a year for most mmj users. Sick people gonna hate those who wish to rob them just because hc says the can. If your business plan was to sell meds for a dollar a gram to EVEYONE and give it away to those who still can't afford it you probably would experience the opposite of hate. But that's not your plan. You want to charge out the ass and only help out a few destitue people who have lost enough of their pride to self declare that they are in fact poor. That's pathedic.

I'd find a way to purchase if I had to.

I have tried nicely to ask you to stop hating, now I will use the ignore button, I give up asking, not worth the waste of my time. I did not say that the only people I would sell at a dollar a gram to were the poor, I said patients in need. You just don't listen and I give up trying to reason with someone who just wants to argue and hate. Ignore button is a great tool!

I don't like it when people try to limit what I can say when what I'm saying is the truth. I'm not shitting on any one for the past. We're talking today's reality. We as mmj users must unite against everyone trying to roll out this program. Mj is a plant just like tomatoes. Untill I can harvest my own just like I do with tomatoes I won't be done fighting the system.

I think you will see that it eventually morphs into what the Beer Industry is like.
You have a few giants that have the majority of the sales, and then you have smaller breweries that have a smaller piece of the pie. There is lots of Beer companies...

Me and you are good Hippy, consider someone in a old folks home, cant grow or be mobile to a club, is usuing a LP ok?

LP's selling meds reminds me of trying to sell firewood to Mennonites...ya they really need some of that.
The only reason anyone buys LP meds now is by force or desperation. How many new folks forced into MMPR would grow if they could...lot's I'd bet.
