Overall cannabis consumption is sky rocketing aswell as acception. Why is HC issuing build outs to current LPs (witch should require the same security IMO) before they let everyone else get there feet wet? I find that to be bullshit, in a unbiased - fair competition oppinion. Some small guys are still waiting in the wings, HC has been ignoring them for some time now. HC is doing everything in their power to prevent them coming to market. Your government is very corrupt right now, but they can't keep us down. The courts are on our side, just a matter of time when the shit hits the fan.
Itsme.
I think that's awesome it shows this shit system doesn't even work for most L.P'sLol the corrupt growers complaining Harper won't aprrove their apps is so fucking funny.
Very few of them if you compare approved=number of applications.I think that's awesome it shows this shit system doesn't even work for most L.P's
Who's complaining? Just making an observation. I'm gonna grow no matter what, weather it's BM, MMAR or MMPR. Nothing going to stop me from growing medicine. People are relying on me.Lol the corrupt growers complaining Harper won't aprrove their apps is so fucking funny.
Cannafarms does.I re-read this thread the other day out of boredom. Was interesting to see all the optimism from the beginning of the announcement of the MMPR turn into despair as it was implemented. Where are the 100+ wannabes that posted in the beginning of this thread now? Do any of them still think a "small scale" LP is feasible? So much for that "free market" with "unlimited licenses" eh?
I'm here, and dont think it is possible any more. I think if you would have sent your application early enough it would have been possible. With my first submission we ran into zoning issues and had to withdraw, but at that time Health Canada was very positive and even offered to call the zoning department if we wanted them to help. Later on the zoning issues were cleared up and we re-submitted almost the same application (same location) and it was denied for many reasons that were not problems the first time around (and are not even listed in the regs...). So it is evident that the rules have been changing throughout this process and it is not an even playing field.I re-read this thread the other day out of boredom. No, I have not seen it.Kron...have you see that pot barons show? I ask because I can see how that could work here, but without unreasonable regulations. We, everyone, wants options. I think where HC failed was trying to force people to adopt a new system...it just pissed patients off.
and then they changed their minds..for the better of the patients of course. they wouldn't have any other agenda...would they??this is Health Canada with a directive.....
a huge puppet show.....with a single covert mission....
to steal your rights away.....
remember you already beat HC in court.....14 years ago...
