what if the only meat in the world was billy bear ham

LOL! Is that for real?? like bologna? How cool is that?

I admit, one of my favorite stoner meals is a bologna sandwich (extra mustard) on wonder bread (has to be white) and that plastic American Cheese. Kool-aid too.. Orange. It upsets my stomach afterward but tastes so good!

not really, i just absolutely love the taste of meat, and i was born with a mouth full of teeth that where made for tearing through flesh, so why not is what i say..
i love, love, love, love the taste of say a good steak.. the yummy lil bit of blood, i guess i'm part vampire, what can i say?
Just so you know, that's not blood running out of your steak, or it would be thick and brown by the time it sets in whatever storage and is then hit with whatever heat you put to it. The pink juice/color comes from heme.

As I mentioned in the vegan post, I like all food. Meat is often in my meals, but not always. I crave a veggie only, preferably various herb, salad and fruit as much as I do meat, most of the time pork. I would make a horrible Muslim or Rastafarian, just can't give up the bacon and sausages.

I like meat. So does my wife. I have tried to steer her towards more white meat and fish. 'Tried' being the operative word there.

She always steers towards red meat. I like re

Great observation on the blood.

What is that watery red shit anyways?

Intestines, lips, tongues, hearts, kidneys, livers, and assholes. Though I think the folks across the pond make more use of some of those things in their actual form than us Yanks....a nice haggis or tripe. Being of po-folk from the Ozark hills, I've even had Opossum, squirrel, rabbit, raccoon, and frogs legs. Never tried turtle stew, but I hear its good if the cook knows how to make it so the muddy taste isn't there. I've also eaten more fried bologna, potted meat, and spam sammiches than I can recall. Heheh, my grandmother flew out to visit a few weeks ago and we had to go buy bologna, because we were craving it in it's fried sammich form.

So energy for you? It energizes you I mean.
I love red meat. Nothing better than a nice thick rib eye or NY strip on the grille, rare. That being said, I limit red meat to once or twice a week. It doesn't energize me, almost the opposite, I get sluggish and a "too full feeling" sometimes. Doesn't happen with chicken or pork.

Barn Buster, I kinda agree. I can almost feel a big red meat meal in my veins. lol. Not so with pork or chix.

Speaking of pork, man! This local friendly pork is so good... it's almost not pork. Like the old days heritage pork. Unbelievably good.

When people speak of stuff containing'chicken beaks and chicken butts', I think back to the thought that nothing should be wasted.

That being said, processing plays a big part in quality.

red meat always makes me have to go to the bathroom in a serious way. and sometimes makes me feel a bit sluggish as well..

Humans have a gallbladder for a reason. Must you have meat? No. We can adapt to change.

Raw liver is one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet. More vitamins and minerals than any fruit or vegetable that I'm aware of. Doctors used to prescribe it for women who suffered from miscarriages, and it worked. I know a guy that has a cousin because of it.

I eat it for taste, nutrition and after thinking about it for a minute, I would say as a hobby. I'm a pretty big foodie, and a rather good cook. Always trying different recipes and experimenting to see how good I can get my food to taste. Most often featuring meat.

Meh it's not really a big deal for me. For me it just matters that I eat a good variety of shit- lots of veggies and greens, some starch, some meat. I just feel that humans and animals have been eating meat since Moby Dick was a minnow and they seem to be stronger and healthier than those who don't. Sure our practices of slaughter and feed are fucked up but give it a break, it's not going to be beautiful when you kill another creature at any point. Just keep it at moderation- excess and you have grotesque fat assholes or skinny clear skinned bitches. Everything in moderation.

There's those people who are 90 years old and smoked their whole lives and are fine, and someone who obeyed every possible health guideline and they died suddenly at age 19. Who knows. I feel I'm healthy and proportionate and everything so I don't worry too much about any thing I eat.

Steak on a grill is fucking amazing. I don't need to think much past that.
