You can just totally skip the cubes then bro, they go fine right into any medium with little transplant shock, i let the roots get about 6" long, take them out of the neoprene pucks and transplant. Works great this way and I think it's better than using a rapid rooter type plug because those can cause stem rot sometimes (I haven't had it happen when i use rapid rooters but I do know people that had problems with it happening here and there)

Rapid Rooters seem to dry out too fast, but you only need a couple of drops of water to bring it back. Very easy to drown the clone root.
