What started out as basically 4 almost identical girls, very uniform in growth, began to distinguish themselves during the transition. Once flowering started, phenotype variation became pronounced. I have 2 that look very similar and 2 that are a bit different, but all in all the plants do share many of the same features which is definitely something you want when running a strain.
These girls have been verylow maintenance. They are not fussy eaters, and the only signs of fade are on lower leafs that are not gettibg adequatr light.
2 girls have been throwing the occasional male flower on lower buds. These are not nanners, but actual male pods. A couple have opened on me but I see no signs of pollination to any plant in the cab. I have just been plucking them as I see em. I dont mind picking off male parts hear& there as long as it doesnt get out of hand, and of course as long as the smoke is top shelf and worth it. IMO this is to be expected as almost every cookie cross I have ran has thrown a pollen sack or 2.
There have been a few deforned leafs, mostly lowers but they tend to correct themselves as they get bigger. Another deformity that is present on 2 seperate plants (& phenos) is that at the point just below the node & leaf stem, where preflowers first appear, you typically have a single calyx there which ends up swelling and ripens much faster then the rest - i am actually getting a cluster of calyxs and small buds are forming. They will be littke bonus bowl packs! Haha
