Ok, I was wrong about this thread. It is prison stories mostly. I guess I was thrown by the "we've all been there" in the original post.
I've been lucky with jail. Nobody gave me shit but the screws (lol). The one time I got stuck somewhere serious, the Marshalls helped establish a rep as somebody not to fuck with. But I cannot handle balogna. Frankly it ended up being a pretty cool experience overall. It didn't cost much but I did lose a "concealed deadly weapon". It was a gift from my grandma. She was cool.No there are alot of jail stories, your good.
But ya, thats just some sort of myth. I mean sure in guy prison you'll run into a "bitch" with a mop head wig maybe. But they arent being raped, theyre just gay.
Like i said here in tx..
Or quite the opposite.....my partner is fighting a case in Nebraska for being stopped with $33,000 cash.....nothing else. Nebraska wants him to do at least 6 months in jail......and they took the cashI've been lucky with jail. Nobody gave me shit but the screws (lol). This whole thread makes me really sick about our system. It is getting to the point where not having money in America is a crime.
Look up Tim Farmer on Ky afield. He lost the use of one arm. He fishes with one arm. He even shoots a compound bow with one arm by drawing it back with his mouth.Ya'll gt room for a one-armed cripple on the boat? I dunno how i'd reel anything in with one arm incapacitated, but I sure could hollar when we get a fish on.
I've been lurking your guys' fishing thread...I've never been much of a fisherman, but shit, looks like you guys had an awesome time...Except for dickish deckhands...
A buddy of mine was in boulder jail for a week and he said they had movie nights, decent food and it was clean. Wasnt bad at all lol.yeah, Ita ll about Location, Location , Location. My husband was locked up in Boulder Jail for 3 months. It was ranked, at the time, #2 best jail to do time in the country,
The inmates talk about that, like..." where's the best jail country club style jail, man, so I will go move there and commit my crimes over there. An wen I gets locked up ill be realz nice. lol
DId ya'll get to make your one phone call?
they call it restitution....The last time I was in jail being held on a $5000 bond the county charged me $100/day to be in jail while awaiting trial/making bond. How the fuck is that even legal?
For the baked potato and can of peas they fed me every meal? Or the stale cornflakes i got every morning? Fuck ive stayed at nicer hotels that have a continental breakfast for less.they call it restitution....
that pit lmao he shadows your ass!
DING DING DING DING! Give this man the prize! Yes, in America it IS a crime to be poor, and republicans want to increase the penalties!I've been lucky with jail. This is stone cold theft by the state. Make that fucking persecutor show him the statute where it says it's illegal to carry cash.Or quite the opposite.....my partner is fighting a case in Nebraska for being stopped with $33,000 cash.....nothing else.
