bro efficiency doesn't matter! my love for outdated lights livez on!!!!
Hey Dumb Dumb this is one mars 1600 true power output 110V/780W, 240V/736W again keep talking about efficency if that really means anything lolYou are equally as shitty at math...
Just so you won't open your typing hand pie hole again.......
8oow's from 2 1600's @ 25% = 200 Par Watts and $1k+ ?
300w DIY @ 50% Efficient = 150 Par Watts and $600?
Puh-lease
Yes yes you've told any one that will listen in numerous threads that your smarter than everyone, live in a bigger house, drive a faster car and are the worlds best grower and I almost forgot, modest.fuck the mickey mouse shit i wanna see a 5000 / 10,000 watt Unit that i do not need to take a second mortage on the house for OH wait that will never happen View attachment 3443673
Its whack if it aint......Pluebro efficiency doesn't matter! my love for outdated lights livez on!!!!
that is correct now rub my feet infidelYes yes you've told any one that will listen in numerous threads that your smarter than everyone, live in a bigger house, drive a faster car and are the worlds best grower and I almost forgot, modest.
if you have a large grow room efficiency is everything. A few watts here and there can make a big difference. If you are just some dumbshit growing your own pot you probably don't even know how to measure efficiency. All you need to know is no matter how inefficient you are, it is cheaper growing your own.ya bro who gives a shit about efficiency?! it's not like efficient lighting translates into more buds/less power consumed amirite?!!?
blurplez 4 life!!!
also, have you or anyone else considered daisy chaining?
Kind LED posted this comparison of all the major LED lights.
I've been wanting to get my hands on a K5 after my results with the K3.
What do you guys think? I would guess the results are legit, because anyone could reproduce this test.
That's so clever starting another account to troll more, nobody ever thought of that one before.
SOLD!!!
break it down for us Amish farmers with no understanding of electricty. We all know what a 400w mh/hps can do. How does an led compare?Using something with lower efficiency than HPS with the intention of producing less heat is misguided, and teaching ignorance without basis is unethical. You will generate more heat than HPS if you replace it with a less efficient lamp. That's what efficiency means.
By the way, operating temperature does not tell you how much heat is being produced. If you have a 400W lamp and it's 10% efficient, 90% will be lost in the heat sink, and the other will be emitted as light. That light will then be absorbed by the plant and the walls, which mostly serves to heat the room up. That means if you dissipate 400W of power, you will ultimately be putting 400W of heat into your grow room. There's no way around this.
What i'm saying is if you dissipate 400W of led, it will ultimately produce the same amount of heat as 400W of HPS... 400W of heat, and you will have to deal with 400W of heat.break it down for us Amish farmers with no understanding of electricty. yes, that's the way I understand it. A watt is a watt whether it is mh or led. So why do they say my 220 w led which draws 165W is equal to a 400w mh?What i'm saying is if you dissipate 400W of led, it will ultimately produce the same amount of heat as 400W of HPS... 400W of heat, and you will have to deal with 400W of heat.
Even if you had a 100% efficient 400W lamp, it would still ultimately produce 400W of heat. The difference is that it would first be 100% in the form of radiation between 400nm-700nm. This radiation gets absorbed by the room/plant and ultimately becomes 400W of heat you will have to air condition/exhaust. (put your hand under the light and it gets warm fast)
Of course if you had a 100% efficient lamp, you wouldn't need to dissipate nearly as many watts as a 35% efficient lamp in the first place to get the same radiant power between 400-700nm.
So "efficiency is everything" yet you have no idea how it affects your LEDs? LOLWAITWUT!if you have a large grow room efficiency is everything. A few watts here and there can make a big difference. I'm so small efficiency isn't going to affect me one way or the other. Quit smoking pot and get an education. You have the reading comprehension of a third grader. You don't even know what we are talking about. LOLWAITWUT!So "efficiency is everything" yet you have no idea how it affects your LEDs? LOLWAITWUT!
