I actually know several people involved in this exact position at the moment. If you work hard and show a little pride, it's pretty easy to move up in the ranks within your first few months. The Mc D's down the street from me is bringing in new hires at $10.50 an hour. No experience necessary.

i've been quickly promoted at every real job i've ever had and earned glowing references from all of my employers.

after two or more years, the biggest raises i ever got were from $13 to $21.50 at one job and $12 to $15.75 at the other.

even at a commission based job i once had, i went from just reading the script to being lead caller and only earned about twice as much as i started out at.

a 350% raise after two years is not just the exception, it's imaginary.
