I don't think it's wise to give plants something they aren't used to. If you're feeding them a given pH and EC, stick to it. Big sudden changes can easily induce shock.

Not a bad start. Make each tubsite bigger and use a five gallon bucket as the control bucket. Ensure that each tubsite can drain two ways so is one exit is blocked there is a backup. The second drain can be to another tubsite.
The chiller is hot and you're trying to keep the room cool. Get it out of the room.

Ok so chiller outside the room. I was reading copper is not a good material for the exchanger so im looking for some titanium ones.
I was planning on using these totes(http://www.homedepot.com/p/HDX-27-Gal-Storage-Tote-4-Pack-ST29201508/205763803) just because they're flat. So I will use a smaller tote for the control bucket.
Though I just did that math and those totes at 8cubic feet which means they can hold about 60gallons of water x 8 thats way too much water.
So would this layout work better?
Also I hear something about a pump needed for the chiller. So the control bucket have two pumps? One to distribute the water to the buckets and one to pump water into the chiller?

Yesterday Stinkbomb was at 6.3/380 from 5.8/400 the night before res change.
Darkstar was at 6.0/400 from the night before top off. Topped off about a gal which brought my ppm down a bit.
I'll have a Day 49 from flip update later today(3 more weeks left!)

First, unless your nutes are way off the scale wrong, you'll never have to worry about problems with copper in the water. What it will do is kill roots that come in contact with it, which won't happen if you put it in the control bucket where it belongs. Half inch x ten feet or so of soft copper HVAC tubing, it's been treating me just fine for years. Easy to work with, obviously excellent heat transfer properties.
It appears that you already have the small chiller in question? If so, then you may as well just run nute water thru it too, as it's too small to have a separate circuit.
Therefore, you can still use just one pump, just add a fitting like it's going to a tubsite, run your half inch line from that to the chiller and run the return straight back to the control bucket. If you want a little insurance, get an inline filter and install it just upstream of the chiller. Check it often.
In effect, this plumbs in the chiller just like a growing site as far as your water circulation is concerned and it will mix with and cool your system effectively.
By the way, the link to totes above goes to 27 gallon tubs, which by an amazing coincidence hold about 27 gallons of water each. Just wanted to mention that before it the your math off...

Okay, upon closer inspection of your plumbing layout, I see that only two tubs connect directly to the control bucket and all the rest are stacked up behind. This will create a stair step effect under your plants where the further from the control bucket, the more full the bucket will be. This is a result of poor circulation.
Instead of two fittings on the control bucket for eight tubsites, do four. Each of those lines should split in two BEFORE entering a tubsite. Thus, each tubsite sees the control bucket through the same number of junctions and not just one another.
It's wise to connect them to one another so there are multiple paths to the control bucket because clogs are an inevitable fact of life and need not be disastrous if water can drain through an alternate route. Each of my tubsites has four openings to maximize my chances.

Day 49 Flower:
Darkstar - 5.6/500 - up from 5.8/400ish it was last night. Gave it a gallon of water was around 320. Gave it 12ml of boost. 0-5-6 to 5.8/400
Stinkbomb - 6.3/340 down from 5.8/400. Gave 9ml boost to 400 at 5.8.

Yes. I use one inch flexible tubing for my supply manifold, same stuff as my RDWC circulation lines. not a coincidence, I like keeping my parts count down. For the tee fitting to either chiller or tubsite, I use a 1"x1"1/2" funnypipe tee, found in landscape irrigation fittings. Cap the end of the supply manifold with a simple plug. This approach ensures equal pressure to all outlets.

What do you use along the supply manifold to divert water to the sites? I was thinking a 45 degree wye.

I use that funnypipe tee. It goes straight thru as one inch and there's a half inch during that comes off the side. Use one of these for every place you want to supply RDWC water. Use short pieces of your one inch tubing to connect then and call the end. Voilá!

I've been told this is a calmag def. and I am getting some yellowing between veins on most of all the plants. It's not fully yellow but its a lighter shade of green. I had this issue with a couple one stinkbomb from last grow. And I started using the GH nutes around that time.
I altered the mix to allow more Mg by using 1:2 micro to bloom (lucas formula) and adding some additional Mg with Dynagro Magpro I had from a few years ago. The GH products (micro and bloom) are more like 4 years old.

Nothings fucking going right anymore.
Veg looks like shit.
Flower buckets keep raising EC and dropping pH. Im feeding these cunts .8EC I have no fucking clue. I've had plants in flower that were at much higher.
Its like wtf did I do?! I feel like im doing everything right. But subpar plants. Its really pissing me the fuck off.
I clearly know shit about growing and havent learned anything I feel like.
