Well yes and no. Maybe better efficiency can come from simply utilising the energy we're currently spending so much money on power to combat; Solar panels as roofing material. Fuel cells. Heat pumps. These have the ability to both do their jobs efficiently and do them without nearly as much damage to the environment.What scares me more is the lack of understanding of the technology involved.
It then causes me to question why people are so quick to believe the other issue.
It seems to me addressing strategies for energy REDUCTION will do more to alter the world beneficially than arguably impractical techno-alchemy.
