You are also overlooking the fact that this steroid addled ex-cop had previously been accused of violating an army medic's civil rights in a case of racial discrimination. You seem irrationally determined to defend him against the accusation that he's a racist, to the point of calling Bearkat a racist for saying it. Any sane person should look at the statistics and the video and say what Bearkat does, that this guy is a racist. It's not like history hasn't shown this sort of thing to be exactly the case. History is prologue.

You almost seem to take it as an accusation against you. Do you deny that black people face disproportionately more brutality and systematic use of excessive force? Do you deny that statistics support that conclusion? Do you deny that history, right up into the very recent past has been full of such systematic oppression and persecution by white people against black people?

What the Officer should of done in my opinion is Call for back up. Remove all the students from the class room. Hopefully this would get the girl thinking.

These defiant behaviours are happening in our schools every day. That girl was robbing others of educational opportunitys.

Another thing they should do is Remove cops from schools. This situation warranted calling the cops. But get them out. Schools don't need a cop patrolling the hallways

The child is in no way responsible if an adult fucks them. The adult is the one with the responsibility to make the right decision. In your case that 18 year old woman decided correctly and left you alone.

I am saying and have said that a 13 year old can never have the wherewithal to consent to a sexual relationship with an adult, and to be precise, an adult over the age of 21. I see no possibility for this kind of relationship to be equal and free of risk to the development and mental health of the child. Do you believe this not to be true? If so, how would you know whether or not a child aged 13 has the wherewithal to understand and consent with knowledge of the consequences to a sexual relationship with an adult over the age of 21?

So are you saying that a person at 15 could knowingly consent to sex with another person of 15, but it is impossible for them to knowingly consent to sex with a person a few years older? How does that work? Is there a physical thing that happens or is it magic?

How does a person have the ability to consent to sex with a peer, but not to sex with a person that is not an age peer? Does their ability to consent play hide and seek dependent on the age of the other person or the level of discomfort it might cause people like you?

Also I've never said all people of any age are capable of providing consent. I've said that which is possible, even unlikely, remains possible. For something to be impossible you'd need to explain why it is impossible. The question I asked in bold above should be answered too.

I didn't become a legend until a few years later, these things take time. At 13 I had barely scratched the surface.

The girl was / is a prisoner. The school is a prison, funded by force and the cop is a paid thug. Tase her? You are a sick thug too.

Remove coercive funding from government schools and apply a free market solution. People that willingly pay for things of value usually don't behave like the girl did.

In a school wherein the students WANTED to be there, the thug /cop wouldn't be necessary.

No. I have met hardcore BLM activists and they never treated me like I was part of the problem they were fighting against just because I'm white. I was never excluded from their protests or anything like that. When I was in Belize I met an old school black panther and he fed me, got me high, gave me a book and we had conversations for hours. Maybe your experience is different, but I have never witnessed it.
