Starting an indoor grow with $40,000 from scratch! Tell me how you would!

over the past couple days i have read numerous information from many different members on this board, so much saturation is good you can find anything you need on here.

My question is you are in the desert (Nevada,Arizona) part of the US and have 40k and indoor space, say about a two car garage worth of space. how would you build the most ideal grow within those barameters? how would you construct it from nothing to a masterpiece?
what lights would you use?

LEDs,HID,Flourescent, Compound FLo, HPS?
1000watt vs 600w?
what type of heat are we talkin?
CO2s?
ventilation TQ?
fans?
how do i promote lateral growth?
Growth TQ?
Lollipop TQ?
what type of water would you use? is alkaline water no good for cannabis?
first time going buy highly reviewed seeds online or dispensary clones?
regular seed vs auto?
Nutrients?
would i be wrong to grow other flowers in the same room as cannabis?
thoughts on pruning?

I have been reading and i am thinking Gorilla tent (10x20) for about 3k. unless someone has any other ideas about brands or tents. with that said I am looking to grow around 60 plants, how do I set it up chronologically that i am maximizing production with plant count and continually and consistently have harvests?

Why not out doors??

I'm no pro but I did do some research before I upgraded from 400 to 600hps...

I would invest in DE HPS sets they come in 1K but dimmable to 600. It saves power consuming, less heat involved and better light compared to standard hps or even the best led.

This is just from what I read I would suggest to have a look at em it could be worth your time.

And for the best harvest read up on perpetual harvest it's what I'm doing and a few others here. But I can't comment on strains and how they grow as I am nearly just a year old grower. I'm Still a noob lmao

Hope it helps

That's part of the compensation package. The fee is just for us to show up- and frankly, for you to show you're serious.

Any fool can throw money at a building and grow plants in it. Doing it well is an ever evolving ART and SCIENCE, one that usually takes years to master. Serious growers in THIS industry realize our expertise is worth millions to our clients, so you'll understand if we don't want to just toss our best knowledge out for free.

Lol I feel like I cheated on you all for giving info lol
I didn't say not to give any advice; what I said was that once the Rubicon of specific advice about growing on large, obviously commercial scales is crossed, then it's only appropriate to initiate a more professional and mutually compensatory arrangement.

I'm not being a selfish dick here, think about it; if you're paying someone, you get to hold them accountable. You have the opportunity to incentivise them for mutual gain with mutual success. You get to ask their BEST advice, and expect better than average results the first time if you choose well.

From this side of the consulting table, if the grower/operator isn't willing to pay for something as clearly essential as a winning strategy from seasoned professionals, I'd seriously question their judgement, seriousness and ability to succeed at all, no matter how many resources they have.
