The rap bands and their sycophants have done a lot of damage to the character of this country, especially when it comes to respect for authority, for cops, for women, etc. They're all a bunch of losers.
The marketed, canned excuse for music today is a joke and boring.
The music of the 60's & 70's is/was hard to beat. Many of those artists are still going strong.
Americana and others that show true talent and real soul is my brand of music - Lyle Lovett, Robert Earl Keen, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Steve Earl, Rosie Flores, Guy Clark, Buddy Miller, Bonnie Raitt, Keb Mo, Brian Wilson, Rosanne Cash, Robert Plant, Willie Nelson....guitar afficinados like Clapton, John Bonamassa, Joe Satriani, John Mayer, Lindsay Buckingham, Keith Urban........

Look at all those white rappers.........Blacks like it because it is violent and profanity filled. When half the Black youth population wants to grow up and be Biggie, Fifty, West or any gangsta rap guy, ...their future is small, and jail is just a matter of time.
Crime, guns and rape are in their words, kids will follow. Black culture refined to modern day, and they like it.

Jay z is worth around $150 million less than Dr Dre
Jay z would need his wife to win this battle that is for certain.
