Yes. Why don't you reread itDid you read the Newsweek article?
Speculation.Was the lease up?
Yes or No?
That 40 year lease was signed by the owners knowing it would not be renewed. I'm 2005 they sold it to a gambler who thought he could change that .
The EPA has nothing to do with it
who cares?I said that nobody at the EPA is elected.
spec ulatioon, facts, basically the same thing.Speculation.
I added some Nitrogen. See my new avatar?! I heard connoisseur has more valuable chelates than Sensi. What do you think? So the lease the oyster farm signed was fraudulent data?
Again. The EPA has nothing to do with the oyster farm
I don't now or ever grow. I have no commentI added some Nitrogen. See my new avatar?! I heard connoisseur has more valuable chelates than Sensi. What do you think?

Ditch that shite, get Canna.I added some Nitrogen. See my new avatar?! I heard connoisseur has more valuable chelates than Sensi. What do you think?
I use Cannayzm. Does that count?Ditch that shite, get Canna.
It's a complete nutrient and far cheaper yet still specialised for Cannabis.
Then go away, freak!I don't now or ever grow. I have no comment
Like I said, you are 15% correct, the EPA is staffed by appointments and not by elected officials. You also said the EPA has no oversight, when it is actually under the oversight of all three branches of government, you also said it is has no science behind its actions. That 85% wrong is significant to me. But not to conservatives like you.I said that nobody at the EPA is elected. You highlighted it and insinuated I was wrong. I called YOU on it and you failed to add clarity to your mistaken, if not asinine, statement...so now you accuse me of not being able to handle the details followed, of course. by speculative insult. Funny , in a hypocritical sort of way, when it is ONE detail you cannot grasp.
Then go away, freak!
And if you want details, read the Newsweek article (yes even liberal Newsweek gets it as well as Feinstein).

Meh, I don't buy all that "beneficial bacteria" talk.I use Cannayzm. Does that count?
Trees have been found to actually communicate with one another using fungusMeh, I don't buy all that "beneficial bacteria" talk.
I pump my root zone full of chemical fertiliser, it doesn't need processing or digestion it's just all the elements a plant needs to do the work itself.
Pfff...Trees have been found to actually communicate with one another using fungus
I know what Salazar said. He obviously tried to provide cover for the fraud. If the lease was the end-all then why push the fraud so long. Is this government maneuvering and fraud acceptable to you.Did you read the Newsweek article you provided a link to?
In November 2012, Salazar ruled against the farm, citing simple reasons: The lease was up; he had no obligation to renew it; and, he argued, the farm violated park policies for commercial activities within the National Park System
