So the lease the oyster farm signed was fraudulent data?
Again. The EPA has nothing to do with the oyster farm

I said that nobody at the EPA is elected. You highlighted it and insinuated I was wrong. I called YOU on it and you failed to add clarity to your mistaken, if not asinine, statement...so now you accuse me of not being able to handle the details followed, of course. by speculative insult. Funny , in a hypocritical sort of way, when it is ONE detail you cannot grasp.
Like I said, you are 15% correct, the EPA is staffed by appointments and not by elected officials. You also said the EPA has no oversight, when it is actually under the oversight of all three branches of government, you also said it is has no science behind its actions. That 85% wrong is significant to me. But not to conservatives like you.

Why do you call it "conservative" anyway. Since when is polluting waters and land a conservative act? Since when is preventing people from polluting waters and land a liberal act? Isn't stopping people from ruining the environment a reasonable act?
So conservative = unreasonable?

And if you want details, read the Newsweek article (yes even liberal Newsweek gets it as well as Feinstein).

Did you read the Newsweek article?

In November 2012, Salazar ruled against the farm, citing simple reasons: The lease was up; he had no obligation to renew it; and, he argued, the farm violated park policies for commercial activities within the National Park System

Can you point out to me what involvement the EPA had? I cant find any reference anywhere

I use Cannayzm. Does that count?
Meh, I don't buy all that "beneficial bacteria" talk.

I pump my root zone full of chemical fertiliser, it doesn't need processing or digestion it's just all the elements a plant needs to do the work itself.

Trees have been found to actually communicate with one another using fungus

I know what Salazar said. He obviously tried to provide cover for the fraud. If the lease was the end-all then why push the fraud so long. Is this government maneuvering and fraud acceptable to you.
The EPA is mentioned in a quote by Skinner in the link I shared concerning it.
