Real jobs suck..

I have a white collar job that is the envy of most of my friends (lots of money & less than 40 hours per week). I hate it. But, I don't think I'd be truly happy doing anything work-wise so I just deal with it and hope my mood changes. Smoking helps. I had a two years of unemployment after getting my engineering degree, it gave me a taste of retirement and I miss it.
What kind of engineering degree?

work at a library helping others again i would in a heartbeat
That was always my second wish, bucket list job way back when, first was working in a horticultural garden park. Never made it to either one. Just go to the library a lot and plant tomatoes and weed now.

I've really come to enjoy my current job. I was a logger for 2 years prior to this and that was real hard work, early ass hours, and a lot of windshield time morning and night. Still loved being outdoors everyday and it paid quite well but..

Now I'm building a hazmat department from the ground up at a fairly young green energy company that thinks I'm a fuckin genius because I know what to do in regards to regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements. As well as storage and treatment of all of our waste and new inventory. I have 5 years experience in the field and I've always dug it. Hazmat is fun

Wanna job? Lol

Seriously, I can use some engineering help from time to time.
Lol. I work in IP (patents), I haven't dealt with a legitimate engineering problem for years... my job involves being able to communicate in lawyerese regarding solar (non-PV)/combustion tech. I'd be happy to try to answer something, but I probably wouldn't be any better than other people here.

I believe you might be very surprised to hear about what I'm up to.
