What do you mean "probably"? Don't they sign into the system when they get to work? This is shit you need to know, not probably, exactly, as an employer in order to manage the business

Yours is the most whiney and self centered and laziest generation ever. Just look at what you're generation has done to this economy. Do you look back and take pride in how this country borrowed its way into a recession? Private debt drove that recession. Who's debt? Boomers and Genx, that's whose. Who is most affected? Millennials.

And you go on, whining and expecting others to do your job for you. How can you expect your workforce to get better if you don't take corrective actions? Oh and I hear the businessmen whine about how the new workers don't have the right training. Again, what did you expect when we increased class size and cut teacher pay along with onerous mandates from "no child left behind"?

In my experience, All white bosses are
racist and angry. I've had 4 of them and each one of them sucked major dick. One of those muthafuckers called me Pancho villa. He wanted me to manage his kitchen for free. We hated each other, dude threw 20 bucks at me and tells me to give it to some fat butch sitting at a table.. I threw them at the ground and told him to do that shit himself.. I heard he choked a little high school kid a couple years back.some dishwasher just because the kid says" hold on ill wash it right now." .. He kept me for a while because he had no other choice .. I passive aggressively provoked him every day , wishing he would try to choke me.. I wanted to break his racist face open so bad... oh well, he's older and he's gonna die soon...

Yeah of course they do, but why would that make a difference? The ten minutes they're late is just the principle, and of course we carry on just fine- it's just stupid and they should be on time I feel. I won't fire them for it, I'm not going to cut my nose off to spite my face, hiring and training sucks ass and is expensive.

My point to BL exactly. "My shifts don't start on time" -- "those guys working for me are slackers". Umm, its your business and you make the decisions. What? Was this supposed to run on autopilot? Running a business is hard, always was.

By the time assholes like BL and DD are drooling in spit buckets and peeing in their drawers, millennials be hitting their stride and I'm confident that it will work out. Even so, the economic head winds will be different due to the ratio of elder to younger in US demographics. Just please don't act like they do.
