Dude, listen to Trump's rhetoric leading up to this confrontation. Listen to how he threw red meat to the audience in past rallys. "In the past people didn't protest like that because other people were very rough with them. We are a weaker nation". This was all very predictable.

The sucker punch by that old guy a few days ago at a Trump rally pretty much said it all. That old man wasn't wrestled to the floor, the punched protester who, did not, as Trump claimed, swing at the audience.

Just saying, violence begets the same. Trump has been advocating violence for months now and the new authoritarian right is only complaining because punches are being thrown back. The authoritarian right actually defended the aggressor for throwing that punch a few days ago. Some of them right here.

I hope that everybody cools off after this. But I don't expect angry Wingnuts to do so at all.
