Microdosing

I'm not tripping or anything close to a threshold feeling.

Placebo... If me eating a small mushroom causes me to change my perspective about my day, which it has a tendency to do, is placebo, then I'll take it :) but when I want to trip with shrooms I usually consume a good quantity.

It's been 4+ years since I've eaten a shroom...

I'm actually more interested in the benefits of long term continued microdosing. Like if skuba continues for many months, does he begin to see residual benefits?
Heavy psychadelic use can take its toll on the mind. But certainly brings perspective benefits. Can these be achieved with long term micro use instead without the cost?
Let's pursue...

Yes and no. I microdosed for two months. The first month was acid and shrooms every third day. So day 1 micro acid. Day 4 micro shroom. Day 7 micro acid, etc.

Next month I dosed every other day.
And I varied the substances because I was dosing often. See my box of wonders thread for ideas.

Month 1 felt amazing every day. More agreeable with people, more open to new ideas and new ways of thinking. Noticed a lot of things syncing in with me, and a general feeling of being in tune with everything, felt good loving vibes from everywhere. And oddly I began noticing bad things before it happened, mainly in this sense: if I dropped a plate or was gonna make a mess somehow I averted it. Whether I dropped a plate off a counter and somehow managed to have my other arm just naturally in place to catch it. Lots of times I'd drop things straight into my hand or onto my foot (thus averting a broken dish) or I'd walk past someone and just happen to be right there to catch something they dropped. Colors seemed a little more vivid, like I felt more alive.

Month 2: first week was about the same as month one but towards the end, and for the rest of the month I was retarded.

Mike get a container of soy sauce and a pan of oil. Mike gets pan of soy sauce and container of oil.
We have tazitas and platitos at work. Tazitas are little bowls and platitos are little plates. I would constantly put a stack of plates by the bowls and vice versa.

Mike we need pollo.
Mike returns with steak.

This whole time was with doses where I couldn't even feel a come up it was so low.

experimented with it several days in a row with shrooms and lsd. even though the dosage seems to be below threshhold you do get benefits from it. Mine was better focus and clarity of mind.

Sounds like my first month to a T. Although I haven't gone full retard just yet, unless I smoke this rosin.

Ate a small mushroom today mid morning. It was probably 1.5-2.5 grams wet. Trying to stay way below a threshold dose.

Feel great -

Notable mood increase,
Energy levels are up,
Music has more depth,
Got into a spiritual conversation with a co worker,
Definitely an analytical boost as work seems interesting today :)
Way to go! I eat some 0.5g dry before work every morning. You just know the shrooms are there, you dont loose focus or forget stuff like when u go to work baked.

5th day in a row eating a gram or less. No negatives to report at all, but tons of positives.

Clear headed, smoking less herb, definitely more emotionally in tune with the wife and kids, and my mind has been mostly consumed with creative/spiritual thoughts for days now... Living in the now is much easier!

That's the only problem with using shrooms daily, last couple days I've had bubble gut bad.

For shrooms I'd microdose less than 0.5
Probably start with 0.5 and see what happens. For a microdose you want to not actively feel anything but you do want to notice a difference at the end of the day. Like looking back at what you did were you more productive? Less productive/more scatter brained?
If you did not feel anything and you feel like you were productive, go ahead and keep your dose there. If you feel something or you feel more scatterbrained, take a lower dose next time. If you did not feel anything but you still felt scatterbrained take less as well.
If you did not feel anything and did not notice anything different (no projects overcome, no sudden housecleaning, no organization, no improvement playing games or anything) take a slightly larger dose. Eventually you will find a good level for you (everyone is slightly different)
For LSD, do what the guy says in the video @HeatlessBBQ put up. You wanna try to get around 25 mics I think. But its subjective to your physiology, and the video sums it up really well.
