I have to completely disagree!!S&P Silent Series are not that quiet. Vortex and Can Fan Max Mixed flow fans are both better options in my opinion.
There is 6 and 8 of the TD SP silent! The S&P TD SIlent are only 4" and 5". I'd like quiet and I'd like balls
Thanks much for any thoughts.
I have the 6" running now. It is not as quiet as the vortex. It is not a bad fan, I just feel like a fan marketed as "silent series" should be the most quiet on the market, not just kinda quiet. Have not seen an Eclipse fan in yearsz but they used to make a quiet fan.I have to completely disagree!!
I have seen by my own eyes max fan 6 which is made into 6muffler.
Alao I have 2 s&p 6 inch which am sure that they are quiter.
Not as strong but sure a bit quiter.

So one vote for Vortex as junk. First I've read that commentFYI..I got the votex silent series first and sent them back. Loud and cheaply made IMHO.
Not becouse everybody use them we suppose to say Yaa they are great! If you do a survey of past threads on this and other forums, Vortex is about the most commonly referenced and recommended fan
So I'm not thinking they're junk, though everyone has an opinion
