A sandwich for breakfast wont sustain you..

I see muscle degeneration in your future, eat a lean high protein diet. Simply a little canned fish or whatever. Take a multi vitamin if yiu can with that one meal if you must do that.
Do you have any muscle cramps?
Certain positions you feel pulses firing. Say in your calf or side, common places...maybe like a muscle lock up....or any other common side effects of being malnourished
How is your energy level? By comparison
Nutrition will play a role in depression and other mental aspects.......as does working out

Your not getting most of what you need.
People need their micro nutes like the plants need calmag lol

Imo.. swap some of that fat for muscle and youll be fine.

I know height makes a huge difference. Im 6'2 and like myself at 210-220lb.
If i was 5'8 maybe 190-195


You need to work out. I know cardio will help you loose weight, but is the end goal not simply to like your own body?

I eat usually about 6,000 calories a day, sometimes more.. thats with little fat on me
Pump up your metabolism
As said, your too young for this and could cause a lot of problems later down the road

Everyone says it's wrong, but it's much more easier for me to stay consistent with the diet I have now, I'll be back in the 180's by next week, I'm at 191 this morning this is from eating something like apples or grapes for breakfast and lunch along with some water, then real food at dinner time, along with working out at least 3 times a week, yeah I know it does seem kinda bad to lose weight that quickly, but that's what I need and want at the moment. To me all you need is fruit and water. Mainly water.

Kudos for recognizing that you were unhealthy and wanted a change. As long as you don't get complacent or give up, you will have the body you want.

For my dinner I'll usually eat a few pieces of tilapia no seasoning, along with some kind of fruit, and water or crystal light.

Shape, color.. the size
Also they are big framed but actually look a litte small for your face

I would also say when working out, pay special attention to back shoulders and chest area


And open your eyes... smile
Alot of how people perceive you is how you carry yourself. 70% of what yiu say (apparently) is non verbal... atleast thats what my speech teacher told me back in the day

you'll be craving everything. I just slam a couple glasses of water whenever I feel hungry, takes the hungry feeling away for a bit.
a glass of water definitely takes the hungry feeling away for a bit. also, it ensure you're staying properly hydrated.

also, eat some veggies and not just fruits. fruits got lots of sugars in them, veggies are less sugary and very healthy.

Do you ever add up your daily calories to see exactly how much you consume in a day? Try it out sometime.

using an app or website is benificial because it will tell you what vitamins and minerals you are lacking.

Excercise, even just walking, is good for you. If you have the time, go for an hour walk everyday.
Get paid to get unfat. Physical employment will do you plenty of good
Great idea.

I got to agree those are some ugly fucking glasses. But the face don't help the matter too much. Lol

If you had muscle you wouldn't be so fat at that height weight but since you have the form of a woman you are fat.



to everyone saying you cant lose weight with one meal a day.. i agree its probably not healthy.. but i really only eat one meal a day.. dinner. but i get down on some food for dinner lol. im 5'10 175lbs.. not fat at all.. but i also work everyday and if im home im still doing some kind of project.. my best advice to lose weight.. keep it moving.

I'm the same way. Coffee in the morning and maybe a snack in the afternoon, real small like a jerky stick, then a big supper and snack till I sleep.
