Lesbian Kicked Out Of Women’s Restroom By Police (VIDEO)

Proponents of the push to allow grown men to go to the bathroom with girls and women have been circulating a video on social media.

It purports to show a lesbian woman in North Carolina being kicked out of a women’s bathroom by police because of the new bathroom privacy law in the state.

But a closer look at the propaganda video reveals some interesting facts.

The Internet fact-checking website Snopes reported that the video had nothing to do with the state’s law and was, most likely, not even filmed in North Carolina.

Moreover, according to Snopes, a Facebook page called “Urban Leak” published the video in December of 2015, long before there was a bathroom law in the state.

The video has since been touted by left-wing Facebook pages like “Occupy Democrats” as proof of the injustice of bathroom privacy laws.

And while the video does show someone who claims she’s a woman (and looks like a woman dressing like a man), being kicked out of a bathroom due to complaints, it still does not address the danger of allowing men free access to women’s bathrooms.

There wouldn’t have been an incident to report if women were comfortable with men invading their privacy in public restrooms. With or without laws to dictate it, women feel vulnerable and violated if, at their most private moments, they have to worry about the opposite sex lurking in bathrooms and locker rooms. And that doesn’t even touch on the problem of predators who will use the law to get easy access to young girls.

As a postscript: at least once in all of our lives, we’ve probably mistaken someone for being pregnant when they are not or called someone’s precious baby girl a “him.” Visual mistakes are made about people sometimes, especially when they are actually trying to portray themselves as the opposite gender. What exactly does this have to do with allowing men in ladies rooms?

Awe, nuts.

You said that the story was fake, which In my mind translated to, "ok this thread is a waste everyone has been responding to a fake story. Anyway no need for the argument as I was stupid I basically did the exact same thing as you. I didn't watch the video at first I just went off of what you said, said you defeated the thread then felt stupid when I saw that you didn't defeat it, I don't even really know if there is a such thing as defeating a thread, defeating the purpose is the only way to say defeat that doesn't have to do with getting a victory over someone I guess

My apologies though,

And I'm being stupid again by not having read your post that I just quoted, you are not stupid at all, please disregard everything that is said above "My apologies though," as I have x2'd my stupidness

Goodnight :eyesmoke:
Naw, you're good man. My bad if i get heated there.

Fighting for where to take a shit has got to be the most noble cause of our time. It's deffinatly worth dying for. Think of all the struggles we as a human race have faced, while taking a shit.

Exactly my point, conservatives should mind their own business
Public restrooms are a public issue by definition right? It takes 2 to tango. The fight started when they went in as much as it did as when they were kept out.

and they will ask what they can do to make it safe again instead of asking "Hold up...is that even true?"

No one asks questions anymore.
This is the basic mechanism that makes any propaganda work. Humans have buttons in their brains which can be pushed to turn off intellectual thought. Fear, disgust, indignation: these are all very popular tools used to stoke prejudices and biases. It is also human nature that, once we become emotionally invested in a position, we are inclined to defend it. So, if the emotion can be triggered before the intellect, then the intellect will often work to serve the emotion.

This happens in politics all the time of course, but if you really want clear-cut examples, look to the anti-science movements. "How dare they!" is a staple of the anti-gmo and anti-vax crowd. Once people feel the indignation, it's very hard to get them to reset and be reasonable.

The notion that allowing homosexual or transgender people into certain restrooms is going to increase the likelihood of sexual assault is a farce.
You're a farce if you think allowing grown men into girl's restrooms are OK. As our Lt. Gov. Patrick recently stated: “Common sense,” Patrick said, “Common decency says that men should stay out of ladies rooms.”

Texas may soon be posing a bill that would stop a transgender from entering a woman's bathroom.

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The North Carolina bathroom law battle over transgender rights and who can use which public restroom could be coming to Texas.

Recently, controversy surrounding the issue erupted in North Carolina, after lawmakers approved a bill that forces people to use the restroom that corresponds to their gender at birth.

On Tuesday, Lt. Governor Dan Patrick posted a petition on his website to “keep men out of women’s restrooms”.

Patrick blasted businesses like Target, who announced their new bathroom policy allowing transgender people to use bathrooms that don’t coincide with their birth gender. Patrick is asking for other Texans to join him in boycotting these businesses.

“This is not about equal rights, I am totally in favor of equal rights. I am not prejudice against anyone,” Patrick said in an interview with KXAS on Wednesday. “But I don’t want a man for any reason going into a woman’s bathroom or a woman’s locker room.”

I personally think this is being "blown" out of proportion as there maybe 1 out of 10,000 of these transgender misfits?

Most times those prejudices and biases are warranted based on the character and behavior of the person or group. I'm biased against terrorists and to a certain extent Muslims. Islamic terrorists are all Muslim. They have earned their reputation. You don't see Christians beheading others or burying children alive, desecrating priceless temples, etc,

The liberal mindset is that a person should be able to express themselves in any way they want. Therefore, if they dress up as a gang banger and speak Ebonics, it is you that are prejudiced when you dont look past all that baggage and try to understand the real person.

There's a difference between respecting how someone carries themselves and wanting to interact with that person, and recognizing the rights that said person should have.

This is the same mindset that held black people under and women in the past.

The word you're looking for is stereotype.

As far as "grown men" being allowed in the girl's restroom that idea is bullshit. No transgendered people are going to the restroom they identify with to peep on your kids they just need to piss and shit like the rest of us and it's assholes like you worrying about stupid shit like this holding them back. If we'd stop worrying so much about everyone else's dicks and pussies and what they do with them in private then we could probably move forward as a society.

I should have specified that I meant cognitive prejudice/biases, which happen below our consciousness. What you've described is a stereotype based on inductive reasoning. That's not quite what I was getting at, although propaganda certainly takes advantage of those sorts phenomena as well.

But I suspect you are not interested in discussing cognitive processes, and simply seized on an opportunity to broadcast your opinion.

So you speak for all these transgender types, eh? I'd say they're a little fucked up in the head.

I've seen how we've "moved forward" as a society and I don't like it one bit.

I don't speak for them all.

Who are you to say they are fucked in the head? It's nothing to even consider.

Put simply, in their mind they identify more with the opposite gender to a point in which they personally feel uncomfortable in their own body. This isn't someone just deciding they want to switch genders, it's an ingrained thought in their brain; something they don't control.

And what about moving forward have you not liked? In the past 100 years we have:

Abolished systemic racism and sexism, established the most powerful nation in the world, flown, went to the moon, and thousands of other accomplishments that would not have been possible had we stuck to our simple minded ways.

You don't have to like what society is doing and you don't have to participate but feel free to get the fuck out of the way with your ignorant shit so we can move on past this dismal issue of worrying about peoples sexuality.

If gay and transgender people bother you, that is fine. But don't be surprised when people like me call you for the ignorant fuck wad you are.
