I suppose I left out that if you are reloading factory steel cases you may need to convert your primer pocket. But that's a simple tap. Other than that, making match rounds from steel cases is as I stated before.

First you wouldn't use a tap you would use a reamer. What size do you ream it to and what primer would you use?
