whulkamania Well-Known Member Sep 8, 2008 #64 Well the reason it looks closed like that is because there is still a bit of the seed shell(That is what I call it) on it but now it is open. I water it 2-3 times a day because of the lights being so close to the plant the soil and water drys up fast.

whulkamania Well-Known Member Sep 8, 2008 #66 I don't know but again remember the lights are 3-4 inches away and because of the heat that is why. The temperature stays from 70-80.

whulkamania Well-Known Member Sep 8, 2008 #67 But again I thought it could still be moist around the roots and the roots still could be moist. I might hold off for watering for the next few days.

Dr.Chronic Well-Known Member Sep 8, 2008 #68 Just pay attention to the leaves, they will droop a little when underwatered and droop alot when overwatered.

If anything you need to add a humidity dome (clear plastic cup with holes at the bottom)... and then just mist them now and then. _________________ The best DIY EZ walmart DWC CLONER for MICRO grows. mane2008 Well-Known Member Sep 9, 2008 #74 whulk.... you dont need to water just because the top soil is dry. you should invest in a moisture meter. Walmart is da place for that. I dont want you to overwater ya plant. other than that great job.

whulkamania Well-Known Member Sep 9, 2008 #77 The nearest SAFE Wal-Mart is in the next city over from where I am. I will just use my best judgment. But the thing is I just love to water my plant and interact with it lol.
