Well the reason it looks closed like that is because there is still a bit of the seed shell(That is what I call it) on it but now it is open.
I water it 2-3 times a day because of the lights being so close to the plant the soil and water drys up fast.

I don't know but again remember the lights are 3-4 inches away and because of the heat that is why.
The temperature stays from 70-80.

But again I thought it could still be moist around the roots and the roots still could be moist. I might hold off for watering for the next few days.

Just pay attention to the leaves, they will droop a little when underwatered and droop alot when overwatered.

If anything you need to add a humidity dome (clear plastic cup with holes at the bottom)... and then just mist them now and then.

The nearest SAFE Wal-Mart is in the next city over from where I am.
I will just use my best judgment.

Yes, There is one Wal-Mart that is close to me but is very dangerous and something happens there each day almost.
