Ladybugs will help control them. Just make sure you spray with diluted soda so they dont fly away before they settle in.
It makes their wings stick for a while.

Do you have a fan speed controller or variac? You can slow a vaccum or shop vac down and vaccum your plants.
Generally if you can get the plants outside, you would spray them off with water.

The spinosad will kill them to. Thrips, aphids, mites as well as a bunch of other ones.

Cooler time of the day is recommend, also remember to wet down the area right before you release them. They're going to be thirsty.

Ive done it. I vaccumed the plants before I used the spinosad. I also used homemade insecticidal soap while the spinosad was on the way.
I was in the same boat. A scrog. @SPLFreak808 remembers. They bounced back fast.

I do in fact have an extra speed controller and shop vac..for soil treatment what would be better h2o2 or spinosad/mightywash I will foliar as well.. Not sure how the vac will do in the scrogg but I'll try it out on my two plant flower room

The Al Bundy guy is more experienced then I am. Spinosad.
I have used SNS 209 which is rosemary oil. After 5 waterings it is in the plant and mites hate it. I would keep watering until they are gone. They bite the plant and it tastes bad. They leave or starve. $22 buck or so for a bottle and it makes 60 gallons. Some dudes say yu can taste rosemary oil in smoke but if you flush with water in the last week it should be fine.
Cheapo method:
Get a one gallon sprayer or 32 oz spray bottle.
For the 1 gallon sprayer I make 1/2 gallon. 60 ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide, 5 to 10 ml of Dawn or dish soap (no anti bacterial) and about 50 ML of 70% to 90/91% rubbing alcohol. Mix with pressure and shake when spraying. Spray under leaves then drench the plant. Plants will look like drowned rats but they will bounce back
These ingredients at Wal Mart will cost you less than $4 and last probably 10 to 14 sprayings.
Spray under the leaves & drench after lights out. Let it sit about 7 hours in dark and rinse with water. Run fans to dry before lights come back on.

Thirps are easy compared to mites. Even a Sulphur spray will nuke them. Thirps are usually on the stems but they are also under leaves and can hide well.

after using spinosad wait 10 to 20 days if the mites are not gone then use it again but it normally kills all bugs fast
A big fogger bomb can help inside too, set it off 2 to 4 days after using the spinosad to kill any mites you may have missed
I recall it takes around 2 to 4 days for their eggs to hatch ?

really ? I`ve got rid of spidermites with just water
were as thrips I find a right bastard to kill and my mate had issues with them for years too but spinosad gets them
also I hear blue sticky traps are good
I use all kinds of things like we have a pill for the root ball and a few things we spray with in veg to keep them at bay
seen far less of them in the root zone too but we did find some giant Nematodes under our sacks so maybe they ate them... lol

Use a layer of sand or mulch to stop fungas gnats. Mix the spinosad in with two waterings to treat soil and systemic action in the plant.

K so mighty wash killed a good bit of the thrips I see them all fucked up and motionless on the leaves how ever the forestry of my 4x4 scrog is just to dense and I didn't get them all I see see some on some leaves so I ordered captain jack dead bug spray x3 bottles , one 4lb captain jack dead bug dust, which both contain spinosad ,and 3- 3oz Dr doom bug bombs (pyrethium)
..so my plan is in 3 days to set of one 3oz Dr doom in each of my 4x4 flowering tents leaving the doors open so some can escape and fogg my basement as well and following up with the captain jacks in about 3 or four days after what do u guys think .

I find that cinnamon and garlic work as well. mix a packet of pet flee killer with a quart of cinnamon water if the mites stick around

In my opinion, Don't use pyrethrins on anything you plan on selling or smoking or sharing, ick! That shit is not good for ya!
Spinosad is nontoxic, do that, foliar and in the water. That's the best, most effective, safest and most likely to work way to get rid of thrips,

What about the dead bug (spinosad ) dust? Would that be good for the soil watering not sure if I'll have enuff of the spray to feed in the soil
