I'll post it here as well, give me a day or two max. Just to give you a heads up, they are taking steps to legalize dispensaries.I wasn't aware of new legislation...going to have to look it up. Thanks for the heads up.
It won't be long now and we will be buying our Chem filled Meds from Uncle Sam and we won't be able to grow our own anymore . Ohio is paving the way for the area. How else can they spread cancer if people stop using pills for everything and go organic ???They are taking steps to eliminate home grows and the mmma..
Armored cars for delivery? Mandatory testing (some non-existing).
It actually does not say armored, just 2 people in the vehicle in the transport, and one in the vehicle at all times, but none the less, armored transport companys do exist and will be here from out of state, and i think one in state company. Our reps are just begging for Colorado money to come.It won't be long now and we will be buying our Chem filled Meds from Uncle Sam and we won't be able to grow our own anymore . I don't see that in my reading of the Bills. It just seems like a business model for medical use. What am i missing? They are taking steps to eliminate home grows and the mmma..

Well...when that over regulated model fails after investing the millions into it, who do you think they will blame? Assuming it does fail, who knows..it may be hugely succesful.I don't see that in my reading of the Bills. It just seems like a business model for medical use. What am i missing?

I would think that this would not apply to us because it was not a amendment to prop 1, so to me just like the transportation bill if you fight you should win. Also, caregivers will be required to draw up manifests with alot of info on them when transporting infused products, not sure about flowers, and those pesky labeling sections.
No need to be rude.Read better
Well, no armored cars after all.http://www.denalihealthcaremi.com/provisioning-centers/ There is the link to the article, there are a lot of rumors out there....

Obviously I felt differentlyNo need to be rude.
And, just as obviously you should have taken your own advice.Obviously I felt differently
In your article you mentioned that to get in this business one would have to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars. Can you elaborate on that. Why would it take that much to be a grower or a processor, etc.The take home message right now is that dispensaries will be a rich man's game, and these bills do not affect the traditional patient/caregiver system. Caregivers have been excluded from the dispensary system.
One key point is that plant is defined differently. All the endless arguments about roots/no roots etc were resolved. If it is in growth material, it is a plant. If it conducts photosynthesis, it is a plant. No gray area anymore.
