Medium as in what ? I don't know what that means sorry a bit noobish .. my cflight is 200w it gives around 9k -10k lumens according to the packet

medium in this sense refers to the soil ur growing in. I see ur seed germinated. u removed the plastic? cool beans...ur on ur way...good luck.

seems to me like directly planted into about 2 gallons of soil.. all good but never transplant your auto. just leave her.. when u start seeds in a decent bit of soil they always take longer to sprout. With autoflowers i usually germinate directly into 5 gallons of soil.. 90-100 days later harvest
Using miracle grow I know it ain't the best but I wanted to try it and it's the only soil I managed to sprout in

I think MG makes a sterile starter soil, and if you used that you're fine. Anything Miracl-Gro with time-release fertilizers can be dangerous because you have no control over how quickly they're released. I imagine you could slow it down some by keeping the soil on the dry side, but that's not a great solution.
I've never used CFL's. But that won't stop me from making a suggestion! What about turning the CFL sideways so the long side of the bulb is facing the plant instead of the narrow end? You could make a reflector out of a curved piece of white cardboard or whatever you can find. Maybe make the curved shell out of cardboard, then glue or tape a piece of Mylar or even aluminum foil to the cardboard?
I know it's tempting to get in there and flick the shell off, but most guys suggest leaving the little plant alone. Every once in a while the seed hull dries out and puts a death-grip on the new leaves, but that's not typical. The youngster is very fragile, so it's easy to do more damage than good trying to remove the shell.

Thanks for the advice ..do you think my plant looks healthy? And it's good on its way? I keep getting paranoid that it's wrong or burns or something good because it's my first time you think it looks good?

I've used MG soil and MG powder blue nutes and never really had a problem. Mb the strain you have is sensitive? Anyhow, even if its all you have you can cut it with peat or a cheap bag of store brand soil. Specifically what I used was called Organic Choice...it worked out really well for that grow...I don't use FF or any name brand, I make my own medium with stuff from Home Depot mostly. Cannabis is really sensitive when it germs, its only after growing a decent root system that you can use hotter nutes and even then you need to be careful.

I don't really know because I won't grow autos. Too unpredictable for my taste. I'm gonna guess a couple zips per plant.

Thanks man .. I've watered it once I'm the morning and then night time the next day and keep that cycle for a while .. I'm gonna put the light a bit distant when the plant grows like 2 days more ..incase it burns
So even if the top soil is dark but dry I should wait a few days before watering?

A little heating mat an save yourself some heartache. Trust me all my babies love it and it's reusable. Get some decent soil trust me it's not that expensive if your doing a few plants. The heating mat and tray will set you back just about 20 bucks and some roots organic greenfield soil is about 17 bucks a bag ( where I'm at) and I even rock good super soil now 7 gallons of that stuff cost me 15 bucks and I only give those plants water and just top dress with more soil as needed. Here's a few from my last run. These are all from my test room. I have three one that's only for testing new lights, soil or whatever then my baby/momma room and my flower room. The flower room stays at 12-15 plants test room usually has 6 and it varies from day to day for my babies so I have a small idea what I'm talking about. And switch from autos you'll have more freedom.
