That's beings used here (RIU politics) as a specific tactic to muddy the waters. Notice the handful of posters left in the politics section who remain active.. Nearly all of them are supporters of it. This section has become an echo chamber of neoliberal, establishment propaganda, exactly as designed.

The tactic you employ to silence dissent is designed to turn the politics section into an echo chamber because you can't argue against actual substance. It's not a coincidence the majority of posters in the politics section have abandoned it and the majority of those that haven't wash your balls like london's laundromat, and the ones that don't are only ever met with personal attacks.

And apparently this tactic is supported by the mods here, which means it's an officially sanctioned activity.

It ruins every thread, making it impossible to follow a decent line of discussion.

And yes, intentional.

Imagine how nice this site would be without the Politics page.

It would leave a big empty space though.
Maybe rename it Bash Trump or Liberal Views Only.

I don't know how one can debate anything in politics
when the mods delete conservative posts.

Imagine how nice it would be without petulant children intolerant of opposing viewpoints who are incapable of holding a civil conversation about said opposing viewpoints without resorting to personal attacks
