I don't lie son. Why don't you post links to all the cases where patients were charged and convicted for having moved their garden while keeping everything else as per their paperwork? Truth is a script is a script is a script and as such gives anyone who is sick, the right to grow.
As for MMAR they had their deal..court will determine the rest!
and truth be known.
.its no difference where you grow your medicine...
grandfathered or not.
The courts have already decided for us.
Just has not gone back to court to be fought with the new BS legislation ..
which wont happen by the way.

not everyone has thousands for a lawyer.........
you get your power turned off when u get busted,by law it cant get turned back on without a electrical inspection which can take weeks.....also have to get a mold test done,thats 2k.......time off work in court...etc
so its about $10000-$20000 ......lots of people are not willing to break the law to make a point!just sayin

What I see here is different perspectives....both somewhat valid...
We appreciate your perspective Gator...and have long known how Chris feels about his rights and garden....and I say all the power to him.
Its long past the time.... that we need to ask permission from the gov ...to treat ourselves with a plant...
any of those recently coming off opiate medications due to the crisis...know that the pain clinics are all offering up mmj in place of opiates..
But we have to grow this medication to be able to afford it...Licenced Poisoner's are completely out of the question for a lot of informed people.
Lets face it ...everyone will have their own little twist or perspective on what is right for them...
I got legal because I had too...though I wish I had not...after the fact...due to the way the government mis- handled our personal information...
being legal mattered not....in a small town everyone knew....
So thanks again Gator for adding to the wealth of knowledge that's available here for those who hang around on a daily basis,
sometimes you have to sort thru a lot of threads and do some reading..but you will usually find others aligned with your way of thinking
and gain the info you need or add the info and content you would like known.
I do see a lot of well intended comments derail a thread and or get interpreted differently than intended and the name calling starts....
Thanks to all who have good intentions when posting....its what makes this site a really good resource.

I'm hoping not directed towards me...cheese... I have had the police in my house and have mmar ...the licence was valid due to court ruling..
they did not question it... but investigated my breakin...
I have not moved....so everything is still good...
you all have to weigh your own circumstances and judge for your self what to do.
you can ask peoples opinions and they are just that,,,opinions.
when it comes right down to it you will do what you feel comfortable doing....if you want ACMPR then go that route you have paper work from HC
if you have your doctor blessing and script in hand....that's also good and do with it what you see fit....

Yes well that is a dilemma. I use strictly Extracts/oil so I don't really have a problem.same dilemma applies to grandfathered MMAR licenses too.

What script, doctors are not allowed to prescribe, I thought I taught you this. Doctors can only "authorize use". Wow you really are uneducated in the law. No doctor is going to defend you when the doctors license is on the line. Why because as you say your doctor is available, but you choose not to use him to enter the ACMPR. The courts will crush you over that. Remember mandatory minimums for 6 plants or less is 6 months. 6-200 plants will net you 2 years minimum, and on it goes. Like I said don't take my word for it take the former justice ministers word.
