Phrase I am absolutely tired of hearing:

Not even true. Literally I google every question before posting. Either there's no solid result or I see conflicting responses. I also realise that my specific gorw line up (summarized as LED + FFFOF+ EJ nutes) leaves room for debate when I'm still seeing problems in my grow.

Edit: I don't mean to sound ungreatful 100% because I know y'all have no reason to reply to me aside from wanting to help.
Your always going to get conflicting responsers due to the nature of problems. A problem can be caused by like 3 or 4 diff things. (seriously it can).

And im not mad at all.i acknowledged that you may not......read back..lol IDC if u do or not. what matters is what matters to me.

Ill add whitebb2727 is one of the most helpful growers on here (and another site im on) What he can pull out of a cupboard is amazing.
His soil talk leaves me with a headache. he knows his stuff.
Thank you. Lol.
Fair enough. He was a bit rude earlier but we all can be on forums. Seriously, no hard feelings. I am 100% sure if any of us met in person it'd be good times.
I don't believe different strains of weed are remotely accurately recorded in terms of effect. I also believe, outside of medicinal, that the effects of cannabis should not be a marketing point. If you disagree fine really, but no reason to get mad at me for disagreeing cause literally I've smoked it and I don't get it.
No hard feelings. Didn't mean anything by what I said.

Debates can get out of hand here and sometimes a whole lot meaner. I forget who I'm talking to sometimes and they may not know that.

100% on determining issues. Are the yellowing leaves because of root rot or rootbouding or overwatering or blah? Yeah. It's frustrating. Like my issues right now....it seems to be calmag but it could easily be ph or fucking name it. I just want healthy plants ffs.

Thank you. Lol.

Stoners are good people, we all know this. I dont know who you are but I do assume you are ultimately here to help.

We are playing God. It is easy when it goes well..its hell when it doesnt. same as any farmer.

Tip. Very hard to have a to much cal mag. I use it at 1/2 strength (im in soil) at least once a week. If un sure ill add it twice a week.

Do you have a thread with pics in it?

Not to contribute negatively to a grow section thread nor troll in any way, but reading your initial post is like listening to amplified nails on a chalk board and is so irksome I legitimately want to punch you in the face. The level of bitching is irritating.

As for your statement, though, some qualities really do depend on strain, and this demands that you look up that strain and example runs and do your research. Coming here and asking questions is fine, but if you're gonna grow, learn to grow. You don't learn to grow by asking people questions you can otherwise easily find the answer for. You ask questions like "what's wrong with my plant?" "How much PPFD does a plant need?" Besides, some people might give you information that might not accurately apply to your grow style and setup.

That's all I've got.

Yeah, you aren't contributing a thing based on my thread topic.

Edit: We are well aware that grow methods depend on strains yet here we are asking for help. Crazy.

Your topic doesn't exactly contribute to shit, either. It's literally just juvenile whining. This thread probably belongs in TnT. Not the grow section.
My topic isn't supposed to contribute. I wanted to know phrases you're' tired of hearing of.

My point still stands. I don't mean to be ungrateful, really, but if I ask for help, which is the point of posting here frankly, I don't want ot be told any advice is useless dependent on strain. You just aren't helpful and I might as well guess.

Most of the old timer soil people PH at the start of the grow and then dont bother..its not hydro. Soil buffers.

We use nutrients differently than hydro people. Thats a HUGE Tip. Dont go by what the packaging says to use. Is to much. Always under feed ur plants its easy to add more its a nightmare to take it away and then chase ur tail.
If in soil what u see on new growth happened a week ago. If u need to fix it it wont show until another week. So learn to be patient

well..yeah...i hear you. my current problem seems like cal/mag but I could go in depth on explaining it here but its on another thread.

Edit: Also, I have yet to get feedback on if soil buffers in both directions. Ie. My EJ lineup reads at about 4.0 and I've heard thats fine, but what about 8.0? Does it add acidity back?

Regarding my assertion about FFOF, I had a few FoxFarm nutes before I got the Roots Organics Dry Nute Player Pack. Still have Happy Frog Guano with myco left. I would say that at the very least, use OregonismXL in place of FoxFarm's mycorrhizal and bacterial supplement. I'd say it's indispensable and significantly more vigorous.

I know my tap water is 6.6 and my soil fully cooked ready for pants was 6.8. I dont even own PH up or down.
