i have been down in a gulf coast region since the landing of harvey. We've been moving to people to shelters and safe places all week. Today we found out that a friend of ours house has been moved into the next zip code, this same person doesn't have insurance and is on a fixed income, this person lost everything, and i mean everything. So we are trying to do what we can for them.
please do, because your president won't..he's at another campaign-style rally with paid attendees.

Don't forget to purchase your hat in the lobby, on your way out..folks.

i burnt that hat, cause i was there when he was making that so-called speech......bout puked

and that goofy wife and her heals too, they can both shove it
We're glad you see now..welcome, friend!

remember this in 2020..what he did in your state..not even mentioning the victims or those who've died..I'm sorry to say conservatives are not the most compassionate unless it happens to them.

The 'pork' Cruz refers to in Super Storm Sandy bill was HIS OWN..he wanted something for the vote..on the backs of NJ victims. Does Cruz not know we have him on record?

I guess then Obama did it for Chubby Bridgegate:

This: https://www.fema.gov/news-release/2016/03/15/president-declares-disaster-state-new-jersey

wrong. those who stopped it:

Collins, Murkowski and McCain.

Those you've cited are spineless, mealy mouths who were good to go once some others stuck their necks out.

they sicken me..i'm so glad i'm not them.
OK, your list is fine with me. I'm just naming politicians that THE RIGHT calls moderates. You do know that Sanders is reaching out to Republicans to join his "Our Revolution" reform, don't you? Who but these people could he be talking about? What kind of compromises will he have to make to bring them aboard?

So I guess the Right calls those three 'Communists'?

@Jimdamick Yeah I won't argue with you on that. I know I'm catching some heat for this, but I was going to vote for Trump...I didn't though. Voted for Johnson. I just wanted change. Trump made a huge mistake cutting back on infrastructure, no doubts.

I believe the NFIP was in trouble before Trump, as they may not have been charging enough for coverage. Now here comes Trump and makes things more difficult, I would like to kick him in the dick.

I know you guys are going to be pissed and say it's people like me are to blame for Trump. Well, sorry. I didn't vote for him, deep down I knew he wouldn't be able to steer our country in the right direction. When I did vote, I put my insignificant needs aside and voted for the person I thought would be better for all of us and our country.

I'm trying to do my best every minute of every day what's good for our country, I treat people with respect and I help people whenever I can.

I have seen some pictures of the disaster in Texas that make me damn proud to be an American....black, brown and white folks working together as a team.

As unhappy as a lot of folks are with Trump, we have to quit fighting each other and stop letting one man divide us. Me, you and the rest of the country are above all the hate, animosity and division.
Good post, and really the right way to think
Fuck Trump (lol)

I don't know if I'd say that. I'm curious if any will break to "Our Revolution" reform. But, campaign finance reform plays well in the Republican camp too. Not single payer healthcare, for example.

And it's not over yet. Presently, models are showing yet another tropical storm hitting the same exact area dropping another 15 to 20 inches of rain in 6 days.

Wonder if the mayor is going to sit on his ass and tell everybody to sit put for that one too?
How to you evacuate the 4th largest city in the US, with a population of over 3.5 million people?
The major did the right thing in my opinion.
