No it wasn't humic or fulvic acid it was like ascibic or something, I tried to Google for it but didn't find it. There are some sprays for hermies that work but mine was a liquid feed. I could have just gotten lucky and paid like 200 bucks for 8 oz of snake oil I guess. The way he explained it to me it sent some hormone up the plant that blocks the stress hormones and suppresses the hermie traits/male hormones.

Didn't see anything about leeching out nitrogen anywhere though. Have you tried foliar feeding? Dont know if getting more of the other nutrients might help her limp along. Not sure if it would work either but the leaves might be able to absorb what the roots. You'd have to ask someone who knows more about it than me though.

Dude that abscisic acid looks like the goods. I think I'm gonna pick some up. Even if it didn't work for the issue we discussed what a powerful tool to have.

There's another hormone that I can't spell.... something like gallerbaric acid or GA3, that seems worth knowing all about.

Anyway, thanks for the heads up. I learned something. Cheers

This is the worst part... waiting to see something happen. It can get worse. I had a fairly serious episode of Nitrogen burn. One plant, my Pineapple Chunk is renowned to be a little sensitive to nutrients. Well, i pushed it and now I'm trying to get it back. Everytime I walk in my room I hope I see some good news. Either way, I'm gonna learn from it.

I think they look fantastic. Theres no doubt in my mind that they will keep looking better. Good job
Can you explain what you are seeing that tells you these are " fantastic ". Because I see the early signs of magnesium deficiency if you look at the leaves I can see the fading of small circle areas , and if not corrected will turn into yellow and then brown spots . The lite green color of the leaves suggest that they need more nitrogen. Also the leaves are showing signs of others stress along the edges plus some sort of damage from nutes spillage or something.

I'm not trying to be a dick , but be sure to give good advice or refer to a site like growweedeasy.com for help . The things I mentioned above will be easy to see on that site plus lots of other great advice.

Remember I'm not trying to be a Dick just trying to help, but if my help is unwanted guess pm me .
Good luck and happy growing.

Anyone can see the older leaves have issues. If I'm not mistaken the guy has only had these plants since the beginning of the week. Look at the photos at the beginning of his post and now. The growth is prolific. He's addressed the Calmag concerns, and there hasn't been enough time to see the benefits.

Were there issues? Absolutely. Would I sweat this dude for issues that happened in the past that have been addressed? absolutely not. I'm not saying remove the old leaves, but if he did we wouldn't have a whole lot to talk about.

any feedback is good feedback, this is the way i can read and learn, i have addressed the magnesium and will add grow with my next water feeding....... so as you guys were saying about cutting the yellow leaves should I? or not?

Cutting off leaves is one of those things that isnt a big deal to some (at this time) and an absolute no no to others. I think I would leave them for now and yank them when you have a full on bush. If you want to see some opinions, say your pulling leaves during your 4th week of flower, then buckle up

I can see the improvements you mentioned, sorry if I seemed like a dick I was trying hard not to come off like that. What do you think is burning the tips of some leaves , I think it might be time release nutes in the potting soil .

No sweat. I believe these are store bought clones, therefore the issues with the older leaves come from a rough childhood... Foster parents were abusive. Our guy Sako is gonna turn that all around.

So its been a week i have had these clones and they are growing good. Now i have a question. When do I start topping them?

Depending on how I'm planning on training for bloom usually between my 4th and 6th nodes, I'll almost always let 6-7 form then top down 2-3 nodes to get a stronger base (at least in my experience). At that point I'd let another few nodes grow then top again and spread it out. It's essentially the same as manifolding or whatever it's called.

You can top as extensively as you want or not at all, just make sure you make a plan to utilize your space in bloom efficiently. If you don't top at all you're going to want to probably do some sort of supercropping to make sure you don't end up with a donkey dick cola and a bunch of larf.

For a new grower I'd suggest probably trying LST since its relatively hard to ruin a plant with it since its low stress. Personally i would try supercropping a few branches to get used to the feel of it, if you have any sort of height limitation on your grow you will use it often.

I already have this ph up ph down kit. I ordered a digital pen because were all too lazy. Lol
Just a heads up FFOF or any decent soil buffers itself, I've used it for years and don't ever check my PH....also, your soil has enough food for about a month ...whoever said the soil will feed until bloom was ...well wrong....in the future if you use ffof again ...I suggest you add perlite and lime ...GL and remember KISS method is king.....

So i got a carbon fan and after hooking it up my humility went from 45 to 24. What can i do to raise my humidity?

Put a bowl of water in your room. Or run a humidifier. Try to make sure your temps match with your humidity so the plants can transpire properly. As your plants get bigger it will be less of an issue. The second half of flower I tend to run my humidity low (~40%) if I can reasonably.

My first grow I made the mistake of thinking I needed a humidifier, but 3 plants raised my entire houses rh% from like 30ish to almost 75 by the time they were getting flushed for harvest.
