Currently, I don't think vaccinations are forced. The courts decided in the favor of the fathers informed consent iirc.

There is an argument for forced vaccinations in regards to preventing epidemics. Would you rather have one person have a reaction to a vaccine or have half the world die of a preventable epidemic? Who is responsible? I would say the nature of disease. But it seems if we inform people they will decide in favor of reason and most people will get vaccinated against the really bad stuff at least.

No it did not. It started off with you claiming the Government claimed it owned children then when you were unable to support that hopping from straw man to straw man (or straw aunt in your case). Which explains a lot Abe.

You see, I've only ever advocated for people who DO have the capacity to consent to something being able to make their own choices based on mutual consent of the concerned parties.

You, on the other hand advocate for a policy which insists on removing a persons choice whether that individual has consented to the removal of their choice by another party or not. Which, of course is exactly what a rapist does, remove anothers choice under threat of force.

So, why do you align your beliefs with rapists ?

I would rather that you owned your body and other people owned theirs.

Courts, as most presently exist now, are mostly theater and systemically flawed, since they lack the proper consumer feedback mechanisms that a free market court would have.

Who's responsible ? If you harm another person and it wasn't a result of a defensive action, good manners implies that you might owe them restitution.

Decide in favor of reason ? That's subjective, but I appreciate what you are trying to say there.

I think you might not be very bright. Even IF I insisted something external to me was possible, it doesn't provide evidence that I participate in that something now does it ? If it does, numbnuts, could you give an example ?
