I bought 6 purple stardawg seeds and I have got a brilliant endless supply of the best pheno there was imo not so much a massive yield but high in qualityWhich is difficult to prevent over time.
Longest I've made it was 5 generations, but my environment is challenging.
Then there's the issue of pheno hunting, one must clone all females from seed then clone the shit out of the keeper.
Very time consuming, and space wasting.
This is why I avoid strains with 3 or more listed phenotypes.
Seeds are for anyone. A cash cropper might want a new strain...You should, id imagine, get better and more consistent results from a clone.
But seeds have a tap root so maybe better suited for guerrilla grows???
Id say clones are better suited to indoor cash croppers and seeds are better for us "hobby growers". Its nice to grow a different strain often.
Who did you purchase these seeds from/ or which seedbank makes them?I bought 6 purple stardawg seeds and I have got a brilliant endless supply of the best pheno there was imo not so much a massive yield but high in quality
Very true, upgrading to a better breeder all but eliminated the hunt.I bought 6 purple stardawg seeds and I have got a brilliant endless supply of the best pheno there was imo not so much a massive yield but high in quality
Plants from seed are easier & more predictable to train out to multiple colas. Top them once you get 2 colas; top again and you will have 4.My question is do you get better results from seed or clone?
My brother got them for me mate birthday presentWho did you purchase these seeds from/ or which seedbank makes them?
I’ve been able to take in clones from others and see them get better over time. Most notable was the GSC cut I received. “Notoriously slow” GSC veg and low yield, now it’s a vigorous Monster. My environment isn’t working against me, though.Which is difficult to prevent over time.
