even if they're opposed to the law, they still make it their job to uphold it...
and whenever you have to deal with a cop... you always have to assume that its one of the dick fuck ones... cuz ya you might get lucky with the popo, but that isn't usually the case...

If you were an American not only would the plain sight of pot give the officers the right to search your house and find the grow but you would have spent the night in jail. Also I would be willing to bet that if your girlfriend had even a scratch on her they would also tack on a DV charge as well (in most states, even if the woman doesn't want to press charges they have a law requiring the state to do so).well i got my fine.... its pretty reasonable.... i mean 8o bucks.... i can afford...

Calm down man, smoke a bowl and relax, no need for the language. All cops are not bastards just like all of us are not criminals, thats fact. While I agree with you that you need to see every cop as a threat if you are doing something illegal being a dick is a great way to end up with additional charges. I go to the bar with cops, I get to hear their candid conversations about how if you give them shit, they will call up the DA and make sure he doesn't make any deals with you and that you get the max. I also hear them telling stories about how people have made a simple open container charge turn into a possession of meth (felony). The guy got pulled over and stated out being nice, the cop was going to give him a ticket and let him be on his way (open container is one of the 2 crimes in my state they can not take you to jail for) but when the guy realized he was getting a ticket he started cussing at the officer. The cop pulled him out of the car, searched it, found meth and got him for that and DWI (you just have to appear impaired to the officer, no be over the limit).

I need to go home to my wife.. i was like aight.... Was at a local town party..... ahhh man..... I even did cocaine infront of him... he was dancing... he knew it.
but he knew i would stop... he ask'd me if i did it, was on my back... making me paranoid... parking outside of every dealer i went to I SWEAR HE MADE ME THAT PARANOID

..... Ok .... I am angry right.. I start fucking up the whole apartment.... I was gona kill someone.... kickd the door out of its frame.. fell down... i grab'd it.. threw it at my computer was to heavy... thank god...
Then i was just shouting around like an idiot..... I couldnt RESIST ...So then i am all happy... got my bed ready and about to go on Rollitup ....
Then suddenly it rings... 3-5 times I WAS LIKE FUCK ! I cant believe i have to answer the door for my ex...
Then to my surprise it was the police... I was like ohhhhhhh fuck.......
So i just automaticly went it to safe mode... .. i got marijuana what the fuck shall I do....
Well i just playd it cool.... acting like i aint got nothing to hide, cuz i realy wanted my ex to be taken away by the police

So then he looks in this bag, i didnt even know about the leafs....
So basicly it was bad luck.... he wouldnt of found anything.... except for some bag of weed and some weed in the oven .

One of them was telling a story the other night about pulling over 2 guys in a truck. They pulled them out and talked to each one individually. This cop smelled pot so he asked the drive if he had been smoking, the drive said no but the passenger said yes. He did a pretty standard test for marijuana "intoxication" and they were telling the truth, the driver was sober and the passenger was not. They used that as probable cause to search the vehicle and found a glass pipe but all the resin had been scraped out. In my state its perfectly legal to have pipes and bongs, as long as there is no "detectable use of marijuana" (which means resin). They didn't find it but treated the passenger like he was some sort of addict, they crushed the glass pipe on the sidewalk EVEN THOUGH it was perfectly legal to have.
The two guys were middle aged rednecks who had no idea about their rights in the situation and were actually thanking the officers for not taking them to jail (even though being stoned is not a crime). They MIGHT could have taken the passenger in for public intox but being in a car with a sober driver is a hard case to prove.
I do have good friends who are cops and great guys but I am starting to hang out with them less and less because of shit like this.
