i cant run co2 either. do not go over 1000 thats what i was testing i dont think is does anything going over 1000ppfd

The sunlight at high noon in mid summer can easily be 1200-1500 umol, but people dont burn their plants from that. When in doubt, add more led emitters :blsmoke:

And without a doubt,
Option 1 was by far the best in terms of control, ease of use and efficiency.

You can control humidity (moisture in the air) by ventilation alone. Therefore operating a grow room with proper/adjustable ventilation is/or should be standard practice, no matter what lights you are using!

This means HLG's definitely have the advantage over HPS because, whereas you need to run aircon + ventilation in a room full of HID's especially on hot days, you would not encounter such a problem in a room full of LED's, that has a ventilation system, with a good air exchange capacity. This is but one of the advantages a decent LED system has over an HID system.

Any passively or actively cooled led running @ 600+w is creating more heat in sealed or any room then a vented 1000w HPS. 2 , 600w vented HPS is prob cooler then 1, 800w led.
Now that im running the mini-split I have no issues. Prior though, 2 ,1400 btu Stand-ups wouldn't cut it till I replaced 1500w of led w/ 2000w of vented HPS as an example.

They're all in the same room. All go in perfectly healthy. All get the same feed. Some strains struggle in the led side. Same strains are fine in the HPS side.
Grower error I guess would be not making a special change for the led plants yet. Not positive what it is. I'll have try the Mag thing.

do a little epsom salt instead of a calmag supplement if you can. if the environment and nutes are dialed for hps im surprised the led dont look worse every grow

Dude, to say the MASS MAJORITY of the led submitted #'s around here or proposition that it's normal is not outrages w/ no evidence rather then some guy saying he did it on You-Tube is basically selective listening. And so misleading & rediculous. Kindve like my ex did, only hearing & believing what fancied her liking.
I've doubled my GPW on average using 5/8 the power. That's alI can say. Not 2 GPW, or 4 #'s in a 4x4. I hit 1.5 a few times w/ my SunCloak but aside from that .75-1.25 is pretty normal on my space.
You guys should keep in mind, most people don't grow 12-16 plants in a 4'x4'. I'm lucky to fit 1.5.

I'm not sure who's numbers you're referring to, man? I run 15 per 4x8 and I've hit pretty good numbers with leds and the other guys around here do too. If youre gonna call bs then i want some names or examples please of "submitted #s around here" cause I might of missed it? Or it's all nonsense
