Confusing and conflicting laws are all part of the fun! What list? I agree not to be on a list but there is none for the 4 plant grow. Also I was under the impression the 3m thing was quashed?

Hello from the sunshine coast BC.Fellow Canadian here (also under Pro 2.0 cartel rule) just wanted to say hello. Haven't talked or met any canadians on here yet so
So your a fully licenced producer?theres a good canadian market thread on icmag. its a sad state indeed. I just got started 2 years ago so I knew what I was getting into. the competition of the market has been a motivator for me to produce the best possible so that is a benefit. Ive been racing against the clock so to speak.
hey we both have cat avatars LOL
Confusing due to lots of misinformation is part of the problem but yup it just came out of the senate so it’s still being finalized. The provinces having separate criteria and laws will create a very confusing patch work of fucked up .Confusing and conflicting laws are all part of the fun!
Very nice, field of dreams. They seem to grow just fine on farms in my state.

By giving them other incentives; if the promise of money doesn't work, there's the threat of being voted out of office.Let me put it this way. When a little pissant of a country such as Belgium has confusing laws despite all weed and even CBD being classed as illegal due to a 1920-ish law, yet pure CBD also being technically legal due to containing less than 0.2% THC, and having one plant or 3g being counted as personal with no prosecution even though growing a plant for 3g is a joke as that one plant can put you deep in the shit once you clear an ounce or two, then you expect any form of decriminalization or legalization in a bigger country where individual States/provinces make their own rules to be, in all honesty, to be an absolute clusterfuck.
I mean, if they can't clarify illegality properly how do you expect them to create a competent set of laws regarding legalization?
Yes, I just found out that the 1m limit is gone. Can't remember where I read that you will need to apply for a permit to do a home grow. That means your name, address, etc. will be registered in a DB.What list? I agree not to be on a list but there is none for the 4 plant grow. Also I was under the impression the 3m thing was quashed?
Given the majority of the electorate would vote for a dead sheep as long as it had the right party affiliation, I doubt marijuana will be a threat to them.By giving them other incentives; if the promise of money doesn't work, there's the threat of being voted out of office.
America has the same problem and it reeks just as furiously.Given the majority of the electorate would vote for a dead sheep as long as it had the right party affiliation, I doubt marijuana will be a threat to them.
Who knows what’s going to happen now that the conservatives are in, but it’s the first I’ve heard of the name thing .Yes, I just found out that the 1m limit is gone. If this turns out to be true, I'll be staying illegal.
Oh, you must be in Onterrible. I escaped almost 8 years ago and never looked back.Who knows what’s going to happen now that the conservatives are in, but it’s the first I’ve heard of the name thing .
And I’ll never be legal lol
I was born in Canada. I'm looking hard at BC.Oh, you must be in Onterrible. I escaped almost 8 years ago and never looked back.
I figure no matter what happens with the new laws, BC will be a good place to be.
That's a great line.Given the majority of the electorate would vote for a dead sheep as long as it had the right party affiliation, I doubt marijuana will be a threat to them.
You've probably heard this one before, but -I was born in Canada. I'm looking hard at BC.
The prices are redicules there but I found the interior to be quite reasonable when I was checking out house prices. I’m thinking of spending a few months a year there when I’m done work but my home will be a 5th wheel with a boat behind it . I’ll bring my weed from here or buy it there. I assume it’ll be quite cheap in a few years lol. Summers are way to nice here to leaveYou've probably heard this one before, but -
Know what "BC" stands for?
Bring Cash.
Unless you avoid the Greater Vancouver Area and the Island, be prepared for extremely high cost of living. I live in the southern interior and things are much more tolerable (way better weather, too.)
