giving up on my first grow?

yeah those need more light and your fine. mine are from seed 14 days now and 3/4 have a diameter of approx 4''. Good luck bro, hope you get giants!

Look, dont worry about all them people that say for you to just give up n kill it. If it was them, theyd be on here beggin n pleadin for help, just like anyone n everyone else does thats havin problems. Just go with it, and tend to your shit. Itll perk up, and all willbe well. The most difficult thing to give your baby right now is patience, because youve done everything else you can do for right now. Just water it when the soil goes dry - and make sure you let it go dry before you water it next - not BONE dry, but dry enough to where the top 4 inches of soil are dry, and as you go deeper its a little teeny bit more moist.
other than that, keep your fan on the plant (on low), and keep the light close, and your straight. Youll watch it fix itself, and the magic will happen. Just remember, and youll hear this alot on RIU -- Marijuana is a weed. It wants to grow. You dont really need to baby it to make it grow, itll find a way through harsh weather and harsher conditions, and grow all by itself. Now, because your simulating out door wether indoors, you DO have to help it along, but dont ever worry about it dying on you. as long as your feeding it water when it needs it, and your leavin it lit up pretty well, it will take care of itself. it wont die.
hang in there, in a couple weeks itll be nice n lush n leafy

mine are doing well so far and really spreading out at the top as you can see but still a baby! it is so hard waiting to see if will be a good grow or not!!!!

Just finished reading your thread/journal and you have gotten some good advice.
The best advice I've seen involve NOT USING MIRACLE GROW POTTING SOIL.
I am currently growing in this stuff and it is HOT girl.
If I were to ever use it again (wich I'm not) I would cut it in half or better with sterile soilless mix.
No nutes needed for a while I would bet, as more food is released every time you water.
Keep all those beauties alive, keep reading keep learning and you will be TOKIN
for sure.

havent read the whole thread jsut the first page, when my seedlings were getting too stretched and were falling over i burried the stem higher with more soil and put a little stick in there to lean it on. Then i stuck a computer fan by it and after a few days there both much sturdier.

i'm making some badass light reflectors cus the ones on the market are expensive >_>;; and i'm stubborn so i'm taking materials from the engineering lab where i study and i'm gonna make my own
i'll keep you guys posted on that
and today, the baby is doing a LOT betterrrr it's all spreading it's leaves n good stuff, no curling leaves nothing
