Help with yellow leaves!

They perked up to normal today after watering yesterday. Do you still think it could be an over watering issue? Someone told me they might just perk up from the oxygen in the water....
Bingo. They will be back to looking shitty in 24-48hrs. How much did you water? Did you soak the pot? Or just add a little? I constantly had this problem. This grow I started a few weeks ago I am literally going to neglect and not care. That seems to be the way to go, KISS method. i Stopped tinkering, stopped fucking with them. Just leaving them alone. That’s going to be my attitude going forward this grow.

I add pumice, zeolite, lava stones and perlite alltogether that would make up 25%+ of my total mix and water everday in a 2-3 gallon pot and every other day in a 5 gallon. Imo, you should add more aeration material next time.
And just lift the pots to feel the weight of it.

I watered very little. No run off

It's not over watering. If anything, it's just the opposite. Water the entire soil in the pot, all the way out to the edge of the soil. Then let it dry quite a bit before you water again.

Dude you need to feel the weight of your pots. Thats the only way. Cause they do look like they are underwatered too. Thats the shitty part of these watering related problems. They are sometimes hard to diagnose by pictures, without feeling the plant.

Thank you. I'm leaning towards underwatered. The soil is always dry about 4" deep before watering. I'll try to weigh them, but I'm unsure of what they feel like when they're dry.

Water till you get runoff. But don’t flsuh that water thru the medium. Go slow, take your time if you are watering from above and not flooding a tray. It takes me 15 mins to water 5 pots now but it would take 15 mins to water 2 pots too.
When you get that runoff after this slow watering process, lift the pots you know give it a bounce, just feel the weight. And when it gets light you’ll know. Don’t let it get too light either, bone dry is no good. Its a form of stress.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm just open to trying anything at this point. I feel like my children are suffering lol
I hear you, just know I thought they were under watered too for the longest time and started to water them every 2 days because they looked like that every two days. They would perk up, I would be happy than in 48 hrs they would be terrible again. My roots were rotted to shit when I finally took the plant out to re pot as that was my final option because the plants were in such poor condition. But hey, do what you think is best, its your plants. Took 14 days to dry that shit out in a new never been watered pot with new soil. I cannot find the really bad pics i must have deleted them but here is one where I had the issue, but in this pic they were no where near as bad as I they before.

Looked like this and smoke was/is great. White Widow autos. Here a few when flowering. The one with the big main cola was the best plant I have grown so far. Not one issue with over watering or yellowing or anything. That was healthy no matter what I did. Only 3 out of 4 had the over watering issue on that grow.

Nice. So they did pretty good, even with the over watering issue?

The other three as you can see didnt grow so tall and didnt yield as much. It hurt the over all outcome 100%. Yea they still flowered and I got bud, but probably half of what I should have. This last grow I just finished was non stop problems. All 4 plants had huge issues from week 3 until harvest. I just started 2 more ww autos and 2 GG#4 photo's and already I have issues..I haven't even touched them and I still have issues. GG#4 is very pale, I think it has mag deficiency, dots on the leaves and its only 4" tall. I cannot catch a break, I suck lol. You can see it below, you can see the rust spots starting. No idea why that is happening at this stage. I know I can grow a plant properly as you can see, but for whatever reason I cannot seem to grow all 4 healthy at all. Always seems to be an issue. Its fucking tough, and stressful. The white widow seedlings don't look so hot either. The seedling behind this one is the second GG

The yellowing is getting a bit worse..

Do you have mites? Use a magnifying glass and get a close look at those white specks all over your plants. Also, provide a full photo of entire plant in natural light if possible...

Edit: sorry, just saw last full plant shot you uploaded
