To pray or not to pray?

The temps could be better for sure.
They were hitting 79 with lights on and are touching near 81 on occasion now.
Almost time to turn on the A/C but I always hold out a few weeks in the spring time before turning it on.
Temps are something I deal with in the spring and summer.
Humidity has been pretty good averaging between 43 - 49.
I'm curious what Dr. Who thinks of them and of your assessment.
I enjoy all opinions as there is always something to learn.

I got ya. I don't think they look bad at all. You have a bit of tip dip, but you know why lol.

It's just one of those things that I notice from observation. Look into turgidity. That's why they raise like that. Pushing too much for too long actually thins out and weakens the cell walls, making them more easily ruptured. That's why you'll see what appear to be healthy plants with "dry" leaves.

One we agree on is temperature.
If I was able to grow the plants shown with all things considered the same except the temps are 4 degrees less ranging from 75 - 77 instead of 79 - 81 with lights on.

Would they pray in a different manner?

Went to look at some file photos and found a few at different stages then this one caught my eye and I've probably never posted it before.

I'm looking at it thinking there is maybe a very small amount of stress on the edges.

What do you think of this one?

Well, you're throwing a lot of variables in there lol. The light you run is going to directly effect what temps you can get away with.

Anyhow, all things being equal with a 4 degree drop will only effect it if it's heat in the first place.

In your particular case, your plants look very healthy. I'm down to the nitty gritty nitpicking, only because you're asking me to lol.

As far as the pic, they have a slight fold, not enough to indicate any stress, just good transpiration. That little bit of ruffled edge is most likely just the serrations. Looks very healthy overall. A little bit of stress isn't a bad thing... Means your pushing the plant. Nice job.

I don't really feel strongly about much to be honest. At the end of the day, they're not my plants lol. No need to try and sway me. My position is based solely on observation and experience, most of which is outdoors. I farm and whatnot, so I deal with many different species of plants and apply everything I take in to the rest of my grows. A lot of trial and error.

I try to help folks best I can. I'm not always right. I'm not always wrong. I just do things and learn from it best I can.
