This last grow we did a tray with only 250w of vesta 2700 90cri and it kept the pace with trays of 400w. Very impressed
they have...its called a window. It will be nice when someone figures out a cost effective and simple method to bring the sun inside.
I have 2 of these inventronics drivers same one u said brand new I don't have the programmer for it I can sellMy windows face east and west so no luck.
Glad to hear the Vesta is holding its own, mine will be operational in about two weeks. Running a combination of series & parallel. Drivers that hit the sweet spot for these Vesta's are the HLG-185H-48AB (AB for remote poti - should be available in May) or the Inventronics EUD-240S320DT (3200ma max 23-107V range). Can put this driver in any number of configurations of series & parallel. Max number in series is 4 Vesta's at 100V and this driver is good to 107V. The added benefit of Inventronics drivers is being able to program CCT and intensity changes throughout day.
They also have some other interesting driver offerings but don't look to be stocked, one in a quad channel output and another a dual output with independent control of each. The spec's are in the sweet spot for 4 Vesta's in series too.
i initially liked the idea of the inventronics drivers being programmable, timer/ramp up and down dimming ect, but i was under the impression that once they are in programmed mode i thought you couldn't use a remote dimmer anymore. so unless you know the amount of light your leds put out at different heights and the light requirements of the particular strain your growing its kind of hard for you to pre program them for intensity/dimming.My windows face east and west so no luck.

The programable inventronics drivers I have used still have 1-10V dimming regardless of the program.i initially liked the idea of the inventronics drivers being programmable, timer/ramp up and down dimming ect, but i was under the impression that once they are in programmed mode i thought you couldn't use a remote dimmer anymore. so unless you know the amount of light your leds put out at different heights and the light requirements of the particular strain your growing its kind of hard for you to pre program them for intensity/dimming.
do you know if this is correct or can you just use the timer functions of the inventronics with a remote dimmer?
do you remember did the remote dimmer override any pre set dimming in the program or was the programmable dimming just not activated when a remote dimmer was used?.The programable inventronics drivers I have used still have 1-10V dimming regardless of the program.
Inventronics make alot of different drivers though and they do make alot that is not available to view via the website, need to check specific model numbers to know if they do or don't dim.
I haven't delt with inventronics for a while although I do like the products they have over meanwell. I really do not know what they have new now. The drivers they have are top quality and functionality, one of the issues I have is fast supply and also price. Meanwell are dirt cheap here and readily available like they are in most of the world. I will take a look at the current range they have soon as I need to do a quote on a bulk order for someone.do you remember did the remote dimmer override any pre set dimming in the program or was the programmable dimming just not activated when a remote dimmer was used?.
i see inventronics now sell the TDD-ANFN-0001 which is a dimmer module you can use with any 0-10v dimmable driver that gives you the timing and dimming features of the inventronics drivers. but i cant see how you could use a remote dimmer with it.
What was the color temp. of the 400W setup? This last grow we did a tray with only 250w of vesta 2700 90cri and it kept the pace with trays of 400w. Very impressed
